Reviewer Comments: Our Family Vacation at Cinnamon ShoreOur family recently stayed in a beautiful townhouse in the south area of the resort, on Sea Vous Play, perfectly located across from the pool. With three king bedrooms, it was ideal for our group of six adults, three children, and a newborn. From the start, the resort staff made us feel welcomed and cared for—special thanks to Misty, who checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The resort offers something for everyone. The parents enjoyed watching as the kids (and adults) built sand castles on the beach. The kids loved the Luau activities—tattoos, face painting, ice cream, and music—and we were able to capture priceless family photos that we’ll treasure for years. In addition, the beach staff were attentive, making our time by the ocean simple and relaxing by delivering extra chairs.The highlight of our trip came when we visited the Shore Café for lunch. We had hoped to keep our tradition of enjoying pizza, but the pizza restaurant was closed at lunchtime. Brooke greeted us warmly when we wandered into the Shore Café and she assured us that the café would take good care of us. Our five-year-old, who has nut and egg allergies, was initially disappointed when a quesadilla seemed to be his only egg-free option, but the chef on staff (the Tuesday after Labor Day) went above and beyond, creating a handmade pizza designed just for him. The smile on his face said it all—and soon, the other kids were “fighting” over slices of his special pizza! It was a beautiful reminder of how thoughtful and attentive the Cinnamon Shore staff truly are.This was not just a vacation spot—it was one of the rare places where we felt the staff genuinely cared about our family’s experience. The condo was clean and fully stocked with my items necessary to have meals at home. We enjoyed the patio and closeness to a pool and playground for our tots. Definitely planning on going back!

I would for sure recommend to friends and family. This had been the fourth or fifth property I had rented and they have all been everything and more than we expected.

Our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren were so content to sleep in the bunk beds with TVs at the feet. The kitchen and living room second floor was comfortable, efficiently laid out, and well-stocked with everything needed to cook for 9 people. The first floor was excellent for two more couples. Washers and dryers on fist and third floor was very convenient. The neighborhood pool is awesome. We have stayed in 3 other Cinnamon Shores houses and this is the best house we have used. The only unfortunate issue was the condition of the beach on Mother’s Day 2024. I have been going to Port A for 50 years and I love it. Two inches of seaweed with quite a bit of plastic and rubber trash mixed in. The city does not clean the beach. Cinnamon Shores should clean the beach in front of the community. My 3 star rating of amenities is due to the beach condition.

The home was beautifully decorated, stocked with everything imaginable & perfect size for our grown family of 4 and our blue heeler. The layout and decor was unmatched!! And the primary bath was simply amazing! The views of the sunset over the lake each evening were the perfect end to a beach day at Sandfest & a dip in the nearby pool. The staff at CS isso helpful & friendly and no stay at CS would be complete without a Sage Cart rental-they were great (as always) too! Can’t wait to return to CS South & Sea Vous Play!!

We loved that it was right across from a pool. There was enough parking right out front for two SUV’s and a golf cart. The view of the lake from the back of the house was beautiful. The kitchen had every gadget you could want/need. Having hair driers in each bathroom was super nice too! We enjoyed driving the golf cart to Cinnamon Shore North each evening and loved eating at Lisabella’s & Dylan’s Pizzeria. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!
