This property worked out beautifully for me and my two children a long with their significant others. The grounds were breathtaking. The interior of the house is flooded with light, which is very helpful in Seattle!You can’t ask for much more than being on a lake with a wonderful dock to hang out on.The host was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. He did not leave a stone unturned as far as instructions within the home.I would definitely rent this house a second time and I’m a very very picky person!

This is out second stay here this month - we loved it that much! Not only is the house and location fantastic, but Mark is extremely responsive and so helpful. We've loved his restaurant and other recommendations! Even the weather has been perfect, which is unusual for the PNW. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you Mark!

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and even on a grey, rainy day, it was filled with light due to all the windows. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook, and the grounds are gorgeous! The beds were so comfortable and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The area is beautiful and Mark recommended some great restaurants. Hiking nearby was fun and it’s close to Seattle where we enjoyed one of our days. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. Oh, and we really appreciated the labels on light switches, etc - it makes it so easy!

Fantastic home with a great host. You won't be disappointed

The house Is beautiful and the grounds are spectacular. The host hasn't forgotten anything to make your stay complete. The kitchen has everything that you need if you're inclined to cook or grill, which we did. We also found coffee, kcups and sugar, which we appreciated not having to get. The location is very convenient for local dining and wine tastings. We will definitely be repeat business if we come back to Woodinville.

This spot is amazing - would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Woodinville. Mark was kind and helpful before, during, and after the stay! The house and location are exactly as advertised (if not even better)! We loved the little charming details (including a personalized note, coffee mugs, and wine to welcome us:)). Beautiful oasis in the metro area

Our stay was perfect! The house is as beautiful as described. On top of the house being wonderful, the location was great, within minutes to all of Woodinville's wine tasting regions and an easy ride into Seattle for sight seeing. After a day of adventures, we settled into awesome, beautiful and tranquil evenings on the deck. Just Perfect! Thanks Mark!

Overall a lovely location, architecturally pleasing home and wonderful views of the landscape and lake. The home is super spacious with most everything you would need. We loved the ping pong table and relaxing on the deck at night. The location is super convenient to all that Woodinville has to offer and the concert venue at the Chateau. The neighbors/residents were quiet - just heard the owls, a few airplanes and the background noise of the highway. Excellent sound system with the tv. The most comfortable hang out spot is the downstairs office area with leather chair/couch. However if you are sensitive to light and noise, the primary bedroom may not work well for you as there is a wonderful high ceiling but with that comes the decorative windows with no shades and the French doors that lead onto the deck with light colored blinds with no black out curtain. We were informed after we arrived that during the summer months they come onto the property at 6am to water all the potted plants that are all over the property including the deck that the French doors open onto. So even with our sound machine on, we heard them and the motions security lights that go on, lit up the whole kitchen and the other guest room. Good communication with Mark the owner and the welcome wine and coffee mugs with all our initials was a lovely touch.

Of all my short term rental stays, Marks place is at the top. Other Owners could take lessons from him as to creating a home that welcomes you with thoughtful surprises, super clean, organized with everything you need, comfortable beds, lots of towels and necessities, coffee that is abundant, beautifully decorated home and then the serene but perfect location looking at the lake and gardens! We will definitely stay again! Thanks Mark for making our stay the best!

We stayed at this house while attending a wedding and had a wonderful experience! The home was spacious and comfortable, with a fun floor plan and beautiful décor. The owner’s thoughtful touches — including helpful labels throughout the house — made everything easy and convenient. The lake and landscape views were stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close to the wedding venue as well as nearby shops and restaurants.The owner was kind and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even better. We also loved the ping pong table — such a fun and pleasant surprise that we thoroughly enjoyed.Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would absolutely love to return the next time we visit the area!

The house and property were perfect! The view from the back deck is stunning and I’ll remember it for a long time. The house was very clean and comfortable. Mark is an awesome host. He made the whole process seamless and easy. He also was very thoughtful by having a bottle of a great local wine waiting for us upon arrival and even had a row of coffee cups lined up with each of our initials. We would definitely stay there again.

It is so evident that they care about their guests. This house is so special and we would love to visit again. This charming lakeside house exceeded all our expectations with its stunning water views and cozy, comfortable interior. While we originally chose it for the convenient location near both a concert venue and local wineries, we found ourselves so captivated by the beautiful setting that we barely wanted to venture out! The perfect blend of accessibility and tranquil escape - we're already planning our return trip.

Everything we wanted and more!

The property was absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. I already miss that beautiful view from the front porch. Pictures can't capture the ducks on the lake, the woodpeckers in the beautiful pines, or the bunnies playing among the rose bushes and perfectly manicured yard. The host was available the entire time. We never heard a peep from the neighbors. The kitchen had everything you can imagine, including coffee cups set out with each of our initials on them. Oh! I almost forgot the bottle of local wine! One of my favorite things about my first trip to Washington was this home. I hope I can return one day.

This home was everything it was described to be and more. Magical setting, comfortable well appointed home. Caring and responsive host. You can’t ask for more. We explored everything from Seattle, to Boeing’s plant and North Cascades National park. The house was perfectly located for all of it and Woodinville is a gem. Highly recommend this this home.

The garden, lake, quite neighbor, close to restaurant's. The lake house was cean with plenty of room for everyone. When we come back to Seattle we will.stay here again.

I planned this trip to bring my 81 year old mom to visit my son and his wife and our first grand/great grand daughter. This property was amazing because there were very few steps/stairs for mom to navigate. The three bedrooms and bathrooms gave us (my oldest son also came to assist with mom). My son and family came to visit with the 3 month old baby granddaughter. The gardens were beautiful to walk through and mom really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the sun enjoying the lovely views.
