Stayed May 29, 2025The house was in a good location in the water. However, there were bare amenities such as towels and kitchen needs (such as cookie sheets for grilling). The TV upstairs did not work and the host was very delayed in response. Upon arrival the house seemed dirty, I had to personally clean the deck as there were water bottles and trash left up there. Beds were comfortable. Over all the house slept well, was cool, but lacked charm.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The house was very beautiful but the house was not clean. Was very dirty on the floors and outside. The grill was extremely dirty. It was New years and did not have access to a fireplace inside or out. Was extremely disappointed that everyone outside had a fire except for us. I cleaned the whole downstairs floor as it was filthy. Tried to use the outside chairs and were so dirty i could not even clean. The sink out side and door area was full of bugs and dirt. The house did not come equipped with oven or cooking stuff had to go buy things to cook with. The house is very beautiful but needs a lot of care. Could not get anything fixed or done as there was no one to come fix anything and help us. Talked to 1 person that was helpful when we had family visiting but that was it. If fire did not work we were out of luck. The the amount of money spent was disappointing. The view was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Might not rent again as felt failed by property owner.
