Great house, great location

House was perfect size for our group. Lots of spaces to gather. Kitchen had everything we needed although we brought our own items. Theater room was a hit for the kids.

House was a great get away for a long weekend and in a perfect location. Very close to Big Boulder and walkable to local restaurants. Only downside was the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay- kids were disappointed! Would recommend checking with owner to see if fixed before booking.

The host was very friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to the impending snow storm. The trash bins were full and we weren’t sure what to do with our trash. The host responded immediately letting us know where to leave trash and arranging for pick up.

Fantastic hosts and a beautiful home! I highly recommend considering your stay at this property! We had a wonderful time and nothing but good things to say about it!!! The location is awesome and overlooks Lake Harmony.

Overall we loved our stay in this lake house. There is plenty of room for lots of people and children. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware, coffee pots, air fryer, toaster, etc. There are plenty of dishes and cups as well. The house was very clean and beds were made when we arrived. Parking can fit 8 cars. The game room and movie room were a huge hit with all the kids. All the bathrooms worked well. We were happy to find extra small refrigerators in the kitchen and bar. The hot tub was nice as well. Our only negative was the dock by the water. It desperately needs redone. The boards are splintered and the paint is peeling. The nails are also sticking up. And the steps leading to the dock are broken and we were nervous one of the small kids was going to step in the hole from the broken wood. Definitely needs replaced. Better outdoor furniture would also be nice. The road behind the house is too busy for children with bikes, but it is convenient for walking to multiple restaurants and a cute ice cream shop. We loved that! Another suggestion is more large trash cans for the amount of people. Overall, we would definitely book this house again!

Pro: Property was within walking distance to everything! Could have used a few more days to take more in. Great restaurants, & live music.Con: lake is over populated with too many boats & power boats with excessive horse-power. Don’t even try to bring a boat to this lake. They make it almost impossible. I understand why now. Plus no rental boats, only tour boat with Captain Wolf.Overall great location!

This was an amazing cabin stay. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to be on the water that much however the house has so many amenities that we were able to stay entertained the whole time. Will definitely return with friends and family!

This place was absolutely perfect. We could not of asked for anything more. The location was also perfect and would highly recommend staying at this place when visiting Lake Harmony

Spent three lovely nights … very clean, close to restaurants and many activities… the only thing to be aware of , must use caution if backing out on a fairly busy road… otherwise it was a well maintained home and manager was great!

We had a great time. The host was responsive and we had ample space within the house. Would definitely rent again!

Ara was very easy to work with. When one of the circuit breakers tripped he responded quickly to get us into the locked closet so we could flip the switch. He was also very kind to arrange a new portable crib for the 20 month old we had with us. Overall our experience was good. A couple of comments about the kitchen, there are not enough drinking glasses or coffee mugs. If you like champagne there are over 20 champagne glasses. But there were only only about 4-5 drinking glasses. Similarly, there were less than six or seven coffee mugs. We had to go by solo cups and use our own coffee travel mugs from our cars. It was just not enough beverage glasses for 16 people. You expect better for this sort of price. Otherwise, the kitchen was acceptable. Finally, the place could use a coat of paint in the common areas.

Everyone had a nice time. House was nice.

As last year, the house and property are wonderful! Everything was completely ready for us when we arrived. One issue was that all the water just stopped working on Friday morning -- a problem with 15+ women in the house -- but, after a phone call, a few hours later the water was working again and was fine the rest of the weekend. We did want to see some college football games on Saturday but, though the TVs had dozens of channels, on none of them could we find the Penn State game or the Women's Soccer game. We called the property manager, but never received a response. Over all, however, the house, though expensive, is well situated, very clean, loaded with space, and with many amenities that we appreciate. Thank you for another lovely weekend!

We had the absolute best time!!! Perfect house!!

We are a large group of adults and kids who do a trip every year. We love staying at this property. It is a great location, plenty of space. We love getting to hear the band next door. Great communication and flexibility with owner. This is our second time here and we will be coming back again!

House is beautiful...extremely functional and roomy. Dock and boat/water experience was great. Would have appreciated better chairs for dock area and high back chairs for high table. Could not get ice machine to work. Had two engineers with us. Need to figure out why it takes so long to get hot water at all faucets. Terrible waste of water running it so long for washing and showers. Any minor issues were addressed immediately by the local manager.

Great property and location. Very comfortable stay with room for everyone. We enjoyed kayaks, fire pit and music from Nicks next door.

Perfect house for a large family gathering. We enjoyed all the house amenities and took full advantage of the beautiful lake.

It was well located and clean and we had many family members there who were staying at other locations and this house became the place to hang out because it was able to meet so many of our needs
