Lakefront Mount Vernon Home w/ Private Dock!

Our stay was for 5 nights and perfect location for visiting Mt Baker, North Cascades, Anacortes and Puget Sound. Very conveniently located to Seattle Tacoma Airport. Great back deck and view of lake. Very spacious living area. Felt like home. Highly recommended and great price.

Was a beautiful spot in a quiet little town perfect for my daughters senior night, no close neighbors felt very comfortable and peaceful we would def stay again my only complaint was trying to figure out how to get in other than that it was great

The location was good for visiting North Cascades and San Juan Islands. The home is as advertised. The internet is okay. The yard and dock could use some work. Overall a pleasant home and location.

The Lake is peaceful and beautiful, this is our 4th time staying here. Its always clean and owner provides thoughtful extras like chocolate, snacks and wine. The kitchen is easy to work in and very clean. its on a private road and different birds on the lake are really fun to watch.

Home was clean, deck area not so much. Very disappointed that the swing near the lake was decor only. You'd need to be 7 feet tall to use it. The best part was how quiet it was!

The home is as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The yard trees could use some trimming. So you can see the lake better. It was a good location for visiting North Cascades (2 hrs) and San Juan Islands (1.5 to 2 hrs).

Enjoyed our stay, property was clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was there was no AC so it got pretty hot at night.

An excellent place to unwind and relax and still be close to Mt Vernon.

The house was perfect. Wish they had sand toys and sponges for dishes. No dishwasher. The beach a few houses down was epic for kids. No AC was hard with little kids and 95 degree weather. Beautiful views. Burn ban was a bummer. Beds were great. Toys and games were great! The owners were so helpful!

Great lakeside location with plenty of room inside and outside. We used the paddle board and canoe on the lake and twice saw a bald eagle flying overhead. The back deck has a nice table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The dining room also has plenty of room indoors for meals around the large round table. The kitchen itself is on the small side, but workable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt the property had everything we were looking for.

Cozy house on a pretty lake in a very small town. Canoe and fire pit are nice bonuses. If renting in summer, beware lack of A/C (fully disclosed) and it can get hot during the day but cools a lot at night. Property is behind an industrial yard so there can be some mild noise during the day, which starts early, but overall a tranquil setting. Very friendly host and great deal for the price.

Quality was average, at best. Host was not attuned to the small details that make a stay in a VRBO home special. Not enough outlets for charging. Not particularly clean looking. No dishwasher, no A/C. No tissue. No ice or way to make ice. No trash cans in bedrooms. TV not normal on and off. Must stream from your own app. It was quiet and private. Host was pleasant. Poor value for what we paid.

Our family of 6 had a great time in this cozy home. It had the best layout for us since we had 2 younger kids and two couples. We were able to prepare meals as needed and there was plenty of seating both inside and out. The welcome package was appreciated by all! There were even lifejackets so I felt safe to have the kids on the lake in the canoe and paddleboard. Very close to a small park with easy lake access as well if you want lake access for young kids. Wish we had booked to stay another day!

We loved our time at the lake after spending our days hiking. We sat and relaxed on the dock, played games on the deck, and reminisced around the fire pit. Such an adorable and comfortable get-away.

We loved our stay here. We enjoyed the water, dock, canoe and paddle board, and the games inside too! The home was perfect for our family!

A nice quiet family getaway

This spot was perfect for my husband's birthday. Although we invited a few others, no one made it- giving my husband and I a beautifully quiet few days. Wish the dock had been a little longer since the fish kept teasing us from a distance. Would love to return.

Quiet, lake front, great view and east drive to tulip farms.

Very serene, peaceful, enjoyable

This property had all the things we needed for our stay. Lovely views of the lake. Well stocked with some essentials.Only complaint was with the coffee maker. Issue with the water going through.

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts provided all the amenities you could need and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and delicious chocolates. There is a fabulous fire pit with many lawn chairs. The deck is huge and the view gorgeous. We would definitely choose it again!

Nice views Clean property

We were in the area to do some bird photography, so were out of the house during most of the daylight hours. The location on the lake was very serene, and even in the rainy weather, the windows out onto the lake provided a beautiful view. The house was clean, comfortable, and a great location for exploring many areas of Skagit and Whatcom Counties. We did not do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The carport was a bonus during the rainy weather to load and unload our gear and stay dry. The internet was strong. I would definitely stay here again when in this area.

Beautiful place enjoyed the stay

This is our 3rd stay at this property. we have been here in the summer, winter, and spring. Its always restful and peaceful. We come to detox at the Averio Health Institute and it is very close to them.

Property was perfect for our gathering of sisters and my elderly mother. They all loved the house, gorgeous big yard with nice floating dock! We captured amazing sunrise & sunset pictures with beautiful reflection off water!!! Also had a fun time gathered around the nice fire pit area

The house is absolutely adorable and very clean. It’s decorated really nice as well. The backyard is a huge bonus- being able to either roast marshmallows, take the canoe on the water or just relax and fish on the dock were our favorite parts! The owner is kind and responsive; another bonus. I would definitely recommend renting this house- you will be very happy you did!

Close to everything : cascades, Anacortes, Bellingham, Sedro-Woolley, Vancouver. House comfortable and deck and dock relaxing. easy to use BBQ. Make sure to unplug the coffee maker it does not turn itself off. Would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The kids loved having access to the paddle board and canoe. We enjoyed meals on the deck and the fire pit at night. It was very quiet and the lake was calm. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice, clean 3 BR, 2 bath house on a small lake. We enjoyed the fire pit.
