* Open Concept Kitchen & Living Room: Spacious with stunning lakefront views of Locke Lakes; Mini-Split in the living room as well as a ceiling fan. 55” smart TV ( log into the apps with your own credentials)
* Please note: propane stove is non functional at this time.

2nd Floor - Loft Area:
* 2 Bedrooms: Each with a set of Full Beds and their own mini-split
50 TV in 1st bedroom upstairs and 32 TV in 2nd bedroom upstairs
* Full Bathroom: shower/tub combo

There is no public transit near by.

* The 14 feet private dock is available from Memorial Day weekend through at least mid-September.
* No motorized watercraft may operate within 150 ft of rafts, floats, swimmers, shorelines, docks, swim lines, other boats or water skiers

* Guests are required to use their personal logins for streaming services.

* ONE dog is welcome in this home; no other pets are permitted. The following dog breeds/pets are not permitted: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, Guard/Attack dogs, and any animal with a past history of biting or that demonstrates aggressive behavior.
Quick Note:
We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch-climber, just toss their favorite blanket over the sofa so everyone stays comfy.

* Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
* There is ample free parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
* Firewood is NOT provided, but should be available at Hannaford & ACE Hardware, about 10 min away
* Life vests: We advise renters to bring their own, to ensure all body shapes and sizes in their party are accommodated.
