This house was super cute and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! This house was one of the most fully stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed at and had literally everything we needed for the entire weekend! I definitely would stay here again!

This property has a beautiful view of the lake. The home is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We really enjoyed our time here!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lucky Dock! The boat dock was amazing – super nice and perfect for hanging out by the water or heading out on the lake. The game room kept everyone entertained, and the living area was cozy and great for relaxing together after a fun day.The whole place felt welcoming and really well taken care of. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be coming back to The Lucky Dock!

Great stay! So many fun amenities- from the arcade games & pool table indoors, to the many water floats/kayaks- we had a really fun time. Especially loved the chair swings on the dock.Thank you!!!

The Lucky Dock was everything our family needed and more. In addition to the obvious amenities that go along with a house on the lake we were impressed with the amount of space we all had. The game room was an unexpected hit for the younger members of our family. Additional pros was the proximity to the local grocery store, restaurants, and the marina where we were able to rent a boat for the day. The dock made for easy loading and unloading of the boat. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was our first time renting a house. This property was phenomenal! It was clean, spacious, and had everyone's needs covered. There was plenty to do for all ages from the water to the game room. We had an absolute blast! Mercedes is wonderful! She reached out to make sure everything was good to go. She also made herself available for any crazy or random questions I had. So many memories were made this weekend, looking forward to coming back!

We booked this property for our annual family vacation which was for 2 families and Grammy. Our host, Mercedes, was a delight, very responsive, and accommodating. The house was very clean, has 3 levels and 3 separate living areas which affords families a break from each other, if needed. There is also a bunk room on each of the upper levels that can accommodate large families. The location couldn't have been any better. It's an easy drive to reach the house, in an established neighborhood, and a PERFECT location on the lake. A short walk with a gentle decline to the dock, no steps. The spacious dock is in a large but quiet deep water cove a short distance off the main lake. Plenty of room for tubing right off the dock. There were kayaks, a water pad, pedal boat, floats, life jackets, etc. more than enough toys to have a great time. When not boating we spent all of our time on the dock, swimming, sun bathing or just jumping in. Everyone had wonderful time. There were also video games, ping pong, pool table and more but we spent so much time outside we didn't really use them or the fire pit that was available. Everything is here to make great memories! Mercedes was a wonderful host! If we had any problems at all, she went above and beyond to make it right! The pictures online are accurate and the home had everything you would need for a fabulous vacation!! You won’t regret a getaway here!!

We had a great time - as a large blended family this was our first year trading in Christmas gifts for a family trip and this was an INCREDIBLE way to do it. We were outside every minute of the day - music UP & enjoying ourselves on the lake.

You can’t beat the view. The bedrooms were as described and comfortable. The kitchen was smaller than it looks in pictures. With 8 people it was crowded. Limited to 2 people at a time in the kitchen. The outdoor seating on the decks were not comfortable. The dock and fire pit seating was more comfortable. Enjoyed using the kayaks and lily pad. No SUP was available. Disappointed the Pac Man game and air hockey were not available as stated. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of parking. Grill was in good shape and works well. Propane fire pit at the dock would not light. Loved having the dock for the boat we rented.

The house was perfect place it has amazing views of lake from both the dock and the house. Game room was fun beds were comfortable.

We really lucked out with this property and the weather over a long Easter weekend. There was ample space for us, access to water toys, and friendly surroundings that made for a perfect weekend for everyone.

Spacious, clean, well-stocked waterfront home… we enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the paddle boat, kayaks, video game room, grill, decks, porch swings, TVs, hammocks and fire pit. We really didn’t leave the house for 4 days, except for a few quick trips to the grocery store and pizza place. There is just so much to do at the house/ on the dock that you don’t really need any other plans. The bds were very comfortable and the house includes things that make it feel homey… like room darkening shades and noise machines. We used the portable crib for our 1 year old, which was helpful. The kitchen area was very well stocked. The Xbox, pool table, and smart TVs came in handy one windy afternoon. Highly recommend watching the sunsets from the 2nd story dock.. the sky and lake are just gorgeous as dusk. We enjoyed our relaxing vacation and hope to come back again!

Everything was great. Kitchen is small so bbq but tbe house was perfect for 6+ adults. So quiet and peaceful. Lake was so wonderful to be on with all the toys. Need a few more adult life preservers Definitely coming back in spring

Great location, nice house layout and comfortable beds and furniture. Great deck on the house AND a great dock and deck on the water. We really enjoyed our time there.

This is our second time staying at the house and had another great family week. We love having all the fun water toys to play with and the great location to the marina and main lake. Thanks for another week of memories!

We absolutely loved staying here for our family vacation this year! The home had so much to do that there was never a dull moment for the kids or adults alike! I would recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely stay here again!

The house had everything you could want in a lake house. Most amazing views, plenty of water activities! When some rain kept us indoors, we were entertained with board games, the arcade, and movies! Perfect house for a couple families to enjoy Lake Gaston!

Our 3rd year at Gaston and couldnt be happier with our stay at Group Therapy. With 6 adults and 5 kids, there was more than enough space for everyone. The house was very clean and the location was perfect with an amazing dock for us to slip our boat for the week. With almost all the necessities provided, You really needed nothing but a quick trip to the Food Lion, and youre set for your stay. We will likely be returning next year.
