Right on the water with a dock in Woods Bay on Flathead Lake, this 3-level house is located in a gated community and sleeps 2-10. Available for monthly rental only. Enjoy the wood-fired sauna, the covered patio with open air bar seating, and campfires in the solo stove on the patio in summer or on the beach in Fall-Spring. Inside on the main level you'll find solid surface flooring, a full kitchen with granite counters, open living room with a pull out queen sofa, dining area and 1/2 bath.Upstairs there is an open loft suite with a queen bed, modular sofa and an ensuite bath with walk in shower. The lake level downstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and an open living area featuring a full size couch, 2nd smaller sofa and bunk beds with a double on the bottom and twin on top. The 3/4 bath on the lake level has a walk in shower and washer/dryer as well. The house has 2 portable a/c units and is heated in the winter with electric cadet heaters and a cozy wood stove. Paddleboard across the bay to The Raven or the Sitting Duck, or kayak, walk, or even swim to the Saddlehorn for a slice of pizza and a beverage on the W side of the bay. The cell reception is strong enough to use your phone as a personal hotspot for wifi. This is more than a place to sleep. Here you will rest, restore, and make memories to last a lifetime.
