Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at Still Waters! Lovely, well appointed home in a great location. The home was clean and well stocked with the basic amenities plus some. The location directly across from the pool was extremely convenient. We much preferred Cinnamon Shore South over the North. One major concern we had going into our stay was the possible construction noise but we didn’t experience any of that. While there is a lot of construction ongoing in the area, most of the homes directly in the vicinity of Still Waters are completed so it was a non-issue. The only recommendation we had was it would be nice to see a larger sofa in the main living space upstairs. There were only 6 of us and it was tight. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return next year!

First the Pros: location, host had some nice extra towels, pickle ball paddles, board games, meds, spices, and EVOO in the kitchen. We did not use all of these but how thoughtful the host was to have these there. Nice eating area on the second floor balcony, and the condo was decorated beautifully! The Cons: need handrails on the back steps to the lake for little ones and older ones, one of the sliding barn doors needed the stopper on it at the top, spider webs in 1st floor king bedroom with several spiders crawling down the walls, the 2nd floor kitchen/living room was a lot of stairs for our grandpa to do multiple times a day. All but one Con can easily be fixed so overall we had a great time and would recommend this condo to other families!

The kids loved the bunk room and having their own special space. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout and enjoy their time at the beach! Having 3 kids under the age of 6, the proximity to a playground and pool was Amazing! Great relaxing view from every balcony — enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails outside on one of the many outside sitting areas! We will definitely be back!

There were a few things that I asked to be addressed such as the smoke alarm going off every night and noone ever coming and the garbage disposal couldn't be used and although it was looked at, the guys that came didn't know how to repair it. Also, the bed linens were not clean.

The home was well appointed with everything we needed, and the kids LOVED the bunk room! Yes, it really is as cute as it is in the pictures! Construction didn't bother us at all, and once the pool directly in front and the town square is finished this home's location can't be beat! We rented a golf cart but the beach was just a short 5 minute walk. We loved fishing in the lake behind the house too! And the weather in mid-October was outstanding without any of the summertime crowds!
