Lakefront home with private dock, beach, amazing deck, water views & fast WiFi

Vacasa was responsive over text. They came out promptly to resolve the issues we were having with two of the TVs. We were just saddened to realize upon arrival that the lake was so dried up our son couldn’t fish off of the dock. We had inquired before booking if he would be able to fish off of the dock and the response was yes.

Loved how close we was to the lake kids loved it as well. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of beds. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the lake.

The property is amazing. We love that it has a dock kids loved jumping off it. We even pulled our boat up to it. Made everything easier to load and unload. The house was amazing had plenty of space and bedrooms. Definitely recommend if you have a big family or you bring friends it will hold you all.

My husband and I have been taking a friends and family trip to Bass Lake for almost 10 years. We have stayed in 7 or 8 different houses. Brickers Lakefront was the best of all of them. And our family totally agrees. After being home less than a week, everyone is counting the days until we can return! The house was just about perfect (with the exception of the lack of enough basic cleaning supplies, such as dishtowels and dishwashing detergent). The rooms are good-sized and the furniture was comfortable and sufficient for a large group. The outside area was wonderful - the kids loved playing on the beach and on the lawn - hard to know which was a their favorite. It is on the far side of the lake which made it much quieter than any of the other houses we've rented. All the appliances worked great (well, the microwave is a little wonky but it worked). I'd rent this house again in a second -- and in fact, am hoping to return next year.

I stay was great. My only comment would be the mattresses are in need of replacing and there was a shortage of towels.

The lake level was perfect, lake very suitable for swimming, house is in a quiet Location with beautiful view

This was a lovely home, and was very big and spacious. That being said if you're not booking this during peak water levels just be warned this is right on the edge of the lake and you probably will not be lake front and you will not be able to use the dock. This wasn't made clear when we booked the property which was a big disappointment given that this property is literally called lake front. It would be nice if Vacasa did a better job warning when they suspect lake levels will be low and accordingly give you a heads up when you are booking the property given it is very much on the edge, so anytime lake level is a bit low the dock would be unusable. If you are hesitant about your timing and want a private dock, I'd suggest going with a different property. The upstairs shower also did not work, although there were 4 bathrooms so we were able to work around this. The house missed the mark on some of the little details such as no laundry supplies (so if you plan to do laundry bring your own detergent) or extra lake/beach towels so just come prepared. Other than that though the property was really spacious and had a great outdoor patio to enjoy. Was clean, the kitchen was spacious, and great for a big group!
