Very good communication and help readily available. The house was super clean and very well stocked with plenty of linens available as well. Snow removal was quick and efficient and all walkways were shoveled as well,Only trouble was hot water took forever to get and needed to be run for a ridiculous amount of time to even get warm. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This property worked very well for our family. We cooked all our meals and found everything we needed to cook and serve 13 people. The house was clean and well supplied. We used the kayaks and the bikes, enjoyed the upper patio as well as the deck. We will definitely book this property again

Setting for 3 generation reunion perfect. Webster lake is ideal for all ages and water activities. The sleeping arrangements are quiet with very low noise transmission thru the house

This was our 4th year renting this property and we continue to feel that it is the best of all worlds for us. We have 10 adults and 6 kids and find there is room for all, plus lots of activities to keep all busy. We have already booked for our 5th year.

We enjoyed our week in New Hampshire! We had family from 4 months old to 78 years and there was plenty of room for all. We had one problem with a bed frame that was broken, but received a response within a few hours. We would return to this property!

I had my 40th birthday at this property and it had everything we needed - ample bedrooms, lots of entertainment, and plenty of food storage and kitchen space. I'd absolutely stay again with a big group!

Walks in the woods, the well-stocked kitchen and great room. The property is just fabulous for our larger-sized group. Very best part were the sunrises ?

We went with a group of families and 5 kids under 2 yrs old. We had a great time exploring the property (Cannot stress how much land there is to explore), feeding the chickens, sitting by the lake and playing in front of the big screen in the movie theatre. At night the adults loved the game room, pool, ping pong, arcade games. Huge kitchen great for cooking family style meals, plenty of bedrooms and beds. Some were lofts with no way to close off sound from below though so something to keep in mind with young children in those.

Overall a great stay - had plenty of bedrooms, everything we needed for our stay, and was perfectly quirky. The place wasn't perfectly clean, but it was also tough for a place that big. Some of the light switches also didn't work, but those are minor quibbles, it was a great stay.

Overall the week went well. There were definitely pros and cons of this house. Here are the pros: Nice starter sort of paper towels, laundry detergent and dish soap Prosecco and maple syrup gift basket Soap/shampoo in each bath Nice kitchen Luv the movie theater Nice new dock @ beach Very nice float with chairs Kayaks and paddle boat were great. (Paddle boat could use a good scrub) Beautiful lake Beautiful view from house Very nice deck. The biggest area of improvement with this house is it really just needs a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs in the kitchen and workout room and you could see all the dust on the workout mat when the sun was shining in. The ping pong table had drink rings all over it - doesn’t like like it ever gets cleaned. The cleaning crew also left out a bunch of vacuums and brooms in the kitchen - I’m sure they have a home other than the kitchen corner. (The brooms were old and worn and need replacing.) The gazebo could also use a deep clean. We rent each year and this house was very expensive compared to what we’ve paid in past years. I would expect it to be sparkling clean. It looks like the cleaning crew gave it a quick once over. In fairness the management company they did volunteer to have the cleaners come back. We declined this option.

This property is a bit of paradise on Lake Webster. We have a large family with many small grandchildren. It is perfect for younger families that just want to relax and enjoy their time together. There is plenty of room so all are comfortable and happy too!

Loved it. Great house for our family gathering, 3 generations, all adults. We made daily use of the lake, game room, theater room as well as the large kitchen and rest of the house. Laundry also convenient. Loved it and will be returning next year! Next time hope it's a bit cooler in the evenings so we can use the firepit at the top of the hill! Couple improvements would help significantly improve the experience include: 1) Please install remote blinds on the HUGE windows to keep the temp down in the living area - sun blasts in from early morning to around noon and makes it too hot to use the fantastic view (and windows are too high for all manual blinds) 2) put small trash cans in the bathrooms (we used most of them and lack of garbage cans for floss etc. was inconvenient). Overall great place and we're looking forward to returning next year.

The house is perfect for family reunions. A large living room/kitchen dining area where everyone can be together, but also quiet places for the introverts to escape to. TV theater was great on rainy days, and the lake was beautiful. We rented a boat, so having the boat house was so convenient. Fishing off the dock we caught bass and sunfish, about one every minute! Vacasa was very quick in addressing the few concerns we had on arrival. Property is great for a casual walk through the woods and fields. Franklin and area towns had shopping, ice cream shops, Hannefords and Super Walmart. I highly recommend this gem in the middle of New Hampshires Lake District.
