Lakefront Home on Quiet Cove: Fishing, Fun, & Relaxing View, Sleeps 10.

We loved this house! We loved the gaming stuff in garage and the view and the paddle boats but we didn’t have time to actually use. Loved that there was actual backup Necessities ex: TP and coffee. Most places only comes with one roll of tp per bathroom and when you have a big family that won’t last so it was nice that there was extra and came with coffee so I didn’t need to bring our own even though we did. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view. This property has a lot to offer and very responsive to messages.

Wonderful home. A lot of thought went into making the property an outstanding lakeside experience.

We had a few problems! It was about 97 degrees outside and the ceiling fan on the patio only worked on low, so no air movement and the stand alone fan didn't work at all. After a call to the property manager he brought over a fan and said he would have someone come fix the ceiling fan (no-one ever came). Then we discovered the top oven in the kitchen would not heat above 319 degrees, fortunately there was a second oven that worked! The downstairs toilet would not flush, had to have the property manager call a plumber out at 10pm. The gas grill is completely rusted out, so unusable. The photos of this house look really good, but in person a lot of things are not quite so nice. And some things in the pictures are not there at all. We still had a nice time, the house has a great layout but a lot of deferred maintenance!

Very nice home on the water with lots of amenities. Should note the presence of stairs at all levels that could be an issue.

Check in was smooth. The property was clean and accommodating. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed it. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Lots of games and outdoor equipment to entertain the family. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed fishing and paddle boarding. The boat dock was great as we rented a pontoon boat. The home was clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. Check the propane before grilling. It was out but the management came quickly to replace with a new one. Wish all guests would report things right away. The swing chairs were broken and the repairman was quick to come check it out but said they would need to be replaced so we couldn’t use them. It was too hot for the hot tub but a nice addition to the home.

The fact that this home has games for the kids including a pedal boat and water boards was a plus. We definitely would be back!

The host was very responsive to any questions we had. There was plenty for the kids to do and we caught lots of bass right off the dock. Would highly recommend!

Great house and amenities were ideal for boat/family weekend.
