Lakefront home on Greenwood Lake

We came here for a small family get together prior to Christmas. What a lovley cottage. Infact the pictures do not do it justice. James was a fantastic host, on top of everything and plenty of check ins during our stay. We plan on returning in the summer to enjoy the outside set up more thoroughly. Definitely worth a visit.

The home is more beautiful in person, and the view from the moment you enter the house through to the dining room and den is majestic! The rooms are perfectly decorated with modern amenities against a warm and rustic backdrop. We had a great time, and will be back again.

Everything about this property is awesome: home itself, the decor, amenities, multiple outdoor areas, and location are all exceptional. The owners have created a perfect getaway with everything you could ever need in the home. The beautiful and functional outside areas, which include a covered heated patio for gathering and lounging (with projection tv screen/sound system), a hot tub and a dock to access the lake for fishing, canoeing, etc. They even provided fishing supplies, canoes, etc. Would definitely rent again, winter or summer!

The property exceeded our expectations. Great place to relax and enjoy lake activities. The owner was incredibly responsive and answered all questions promptly. I highly recommend the property.

This home was amazing! Our grown kids, my husband and I had an amazing stay. James is fantastic host, and we do not have one single complaint. From little things like the coffee bar, to blankets for the porch, perfect recommendations from the host, water apparatus that was clean, neat and taken care of. Everything met our high standards. Our favorite excursion was the trip to an outdoor old fashion movie theater in Warwick, that shows the newest movies! So fun to watch Indian Jones outdoors on the big screen. The lake was clean, ease to access, and pretty. If you are able to get a week or even a few days here, consider yourself blessed!

James’s home was beautifully curated and very well stocked with anything we could possibly need. We sunbathed on the dock and took advantage of the paddle boards and canoe. We enjoyed cooking each night and dinning outdoors followed by hot tubbing and s’mores by the fire pit. The outdoor TV was a big plus for the golf fans. Any questions we had James was quick to answer. We would love to go back and stay for longer.
