Lakefront Home on Crooked Lake, Beautiful Views and Plenty of Space and Hot Tub!

Home is very large and we love the multiple levels that allow our family to spread out. The multiple dining tables also allow us to all sit down and eat together. We have stayed multiple years in the winter, we all our time is spent indoors. That being said, the house could use some minor maintenance/TLC. For example, there’s a broken window in the loft that has been broken for over a year (when it’s windy, the plastic covering can be loud when trying to sleep), multiple broken bar stools, dining chairs wobbly and just need screws tightened, wobbly toilets, toilet paper holders coming off the walls, large stains on carpeting, dirty walls, etc. Also, additional stock of consumables to last at least a weekend (we ran out of toilet paper after only 24 hours).

Everything was pretty good. Had to clean toothpaste spatter from a previous renter off the wall in the downstairs bathroom. We wish there was a Christmas tree or told there wouldn't be one. Especially since I asked ahead of time. Our last two rentals in the area had them. Would rent again if you would have us..

Pros: We loved the views and the ample bedrooms. The hot tub was a nice touch. I had no idea about the extra building across the street until a few days before our arrival. Lots of activities there. Nice long dining table.Con: The light switches were a puzzle for most of the stay between remotes and distance between some switches and the lights they controller.

We have stayed at this beautiful property 3 years in a row and plan to return again next year. Crystal clear water, beautiful sunsets, and an inviting home with plenty of space. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends!

We stayed here for memorial day weekend. Although the weather could have been warmer we had s great time! The hot tub was definitely a plus!

The property was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The view of the lake was great. Our messages to the property manager were returned promptly and answered our questions. We would stay again when in the area.

My family & I rented this lake home for our Christmas weekend, As noted in the listing, this is a spacious lake front home with a beautiful view of the lake, however this property lacks care, litter was left on the floors in the upstairs rooms, floors dirty behind the doors and the dishes grimy & needed to be washed before using, they were NASTY. The hot tub was also large as stated, but the water was green. The beds & pillows were awful AND we had to make our own beds using the missed sized sheets left at the end of the beds (on top of the spread which obviously had not been washed and smelled musty.) Furniture was an old assortment of what appears to be castoffs. This could be a nice rental, but needs some TLC.

Property was clean and as described. We especially love the kitchen, which is well stocked and the table which can easily seat 12. This is the second time we have stayed in this home, and the hot tub was a welcome addition!

Hard to watch baseball playoffs when Tv is streaming.Wi-Fi was going in and out. Grandkids brought fishing poles to fish off dock and it was brought in already. Owner said it’s usually out till end of October. Hot tub was not ready for first night there, we had to turn up heat and wait till next day. Place was clean and had plenty of room. Lots of towels and rags. First VRBO that I had to make beds
