not as advertised, undergoing massive construction project on the docks, back and side and neighboring property. I rented this property for my parents wedding anniversary, they are in their 70s. They stayed from Sunday to Thursday. Construction went on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday all day. However, my parents were gone for the majority of the day on Monday visiting my brother when they came back that evening construction was done for the day. However, things started up again 8 AM Tuesday and went on all day Tuesday and Wednesday. They have two massive excavators right up against the house between the rental property and the neighbors.
