Lakefront getaway with dock!

This was the perfect getaway! The peaceful location was great for us to unwind and unplug for Spring Break. Our family appreciated the amenities like the kayaks (and life vests!), paddle boards, camping chairs, and fire pit. The smores supplies were an added bonus that we enjoyed at sunset. The house was clean and spacious and decorated nicely. It has everything you need - pots and pans, baking sheets, plenty of cups and plates and cooking utensils. This property felt like home and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We are a family of 6 and the bedrooms were perfectly situated to accommodate our kids from ages 6 to 15. Get ready for family game nights, sunsets on the lake, and a relaxing stay!

The Lineman crew enjoyed their stay at this location. Wonderful views, a good number of bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room were perfect. Location was great. Leigh was simply amazing and let us add one more night for them to stay due to the job. Leigh was very helpful and easy check in process.

The home is very comfortable and the host well very pleasant. The little touches and decorating for the holiday was very nice and thoughtful for our vacation away from home for the holidays.

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed to enjoy the week. This is one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time.

My family had a wonderful stay here. The house was exactly as pictured on vrbo. The host was quick in respond to my question! They had everything you could need provided! We will be staying here again!

This is a fantastic property. Plenty of space, very clean, well equipped, in an excellent location, comfortable beds, great table to gather around for meals and family game time, quiet location, easy communication with the hosts, a fun s'mores toasting pit (complete with lovely welcome gift), safe cove to swim in. Our best-ever Lake Gaston rental. We had no issues at all during our stay and would love to return.

Large bedrooms with king beds, nice walk in shower in the main en suite bath.Plenty of room for two families of 4. The kitchen is well appointed and perhaps a little small, but pretty workable for a short term rental. We did not swim, but the dock offers afternoon shade and a nice place to enjoy the lake view.

We had a wonderful long weekend at lake Gaston and found the house very comfortable. We found the bed in the main master to be very soft so slept in the 2nd room with a king bed that was firm. Every thing was very comfy and enjoyable. The lake has easy access down a gentle gravel path to the dock and steps to ease into the lake ahhhhh. Very comfy home and quite comfy. We are not big cooks so found the supplies to be just fine. We would joyfully return!! Just lovely.

The property was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. Prompt response from the owners. Overall it was great!

The house was comfortable and well stocked. Our group enjoyed swimming and boating in the lake. Mark was easy to work with. Great vacation!
