We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a great time. Everything in the listing was accurate. Definitely recommend, if you don't mind a steep driveway :)

There was plenty of space for us to relax. The proximity of o the lake was just perfect! The house was wonderful! We all had such a great time.

Great, versatile spaces for indoor and outdoor activities at the lake. Fabulous tree-shaded wrap around deck with view of the water. Well appointed kitchen and dining area for families.

Check in and communication with the host was a breeze. They were very clear on all details. The house was better than the what the listing said! It accommodated my large family very well. If you plan to bring a boat, jet-ski, etc., make sure and know where to park the trailer prior to driving DOWN the driveway. The driveway is fairly steep and there is a nice are to park a trailer, prior to descending. The host was very clear with this and gave nice instructions. Cove creek boat ramp is just a few miles down the road and provided a great spot for us to unload and load our jet-skis when needed. Other than that, show up and enjoy what the beautiful location has to offer!

By far one of my favorite bookings- we absolutely adored the property! It was so convenient to go hop on the boat and go for a swim with the kids (we had no issue mooring the boat just a short walk down the hill). Yes, the drive in is definitely steep as noted but doable. Our son loved the puzzles, the boys loved the pool table, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The lake was gorgeous! Perfect family get away

This cabin not only met, but exceeded our expectations! Photos don’t do it justice. It was spacious and inviting, comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, well supplied, and had plenty of stuff to do for all ages. The path down to the water is nice and wide and fairly smooth with gradual descent, not steep. The “beach” is wide enough for some chairs and floaties, but be aware the rocks are pretty rough. Water shoes or sandals HIGHLY recommended! We are already planning on booking it in the fall!

My family had a great time at the lake house. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt very private nestled in the trees. The lake was beautiful and the walk from the house to the lake wasnt bad. Because of the way the trees are in the water it felt like we had our own little cove. The rest of the lake was also very quiet we only saw a couple boats the entire week. My kids had a great time swimming and paddling around. They also enjoyed making smores and catching fireflies. This house was great for our multigenerational family I would highly recommend to others.

We had a fabulous time - family - adults and grandkids— 12 total. Just left and our grands are talking about next year’s trip. This is a great cabin for a family get together.

We chose this property because my daughter was getting married close to this property, so glad we chose it. It worked out perfectly. Had everything we needed and moore. We all were entertained by the driveway coming down to the property. It is very descending, but we made it. Just drive very slow and get there during the day. I would suggest bringing all of your groceries and everything you need before hand.

Even though it rained the whole time we were there the family had lots today together. Looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed this beautiful, quiet house by the lake. We saw deer and wild turkeys during our stay. The driveway was challenging, not gonna lie. But it was worth the effort.

Amazing property, very beautiful lake. The house was very clean and had everything you could need and more. The beds were super comfortable and the pool table was a hit. The only downside was the steep road to get to the house. Going down was fine but going back up was slick and difficult for our car without 4WD.

We enjoyed everything about the house. Cleanliness, spacious, kitchen and den area was perfect! The deck was big enough to have everyone visit and even play Baggo! Awesome place, will come again!!!

Family of seven. Gorgeous home! We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. The screened in porch downstairs is a great spot. We enjoyed the downstairs. The walk to the lake is fine. We definitely got our exercise. We tied our pontoon there for the week with no problems. The drive in is very steep but we had no problems in our vehicles. So worth it!

Great place to stay. Easy access to the lake and close to the boat ramp. Would recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay by the lake.

Everything about this place was perfect. Kids and adults had a good time. We took our boat with us and the public boat ramp was extremely convenient as well as being able to moor it on the property. The only thing was the driveway to access the property. The owner was not joking about the dangerous driveway! Heed all of their warnings! We parked our boat trailer at the top as recommended. We headed into to Heber Springs one day and climbed SugarLoaf mountain and went to the waterfall at Collin’s Creek Trailhead. Small town, but tons of fun activities.

A great place on the lake- we stayed with our two adult children and their families - we enjoyed the lake - kayaking, fishing, swimming. We went out one day to Collins Creek Trail - a fun hike for everyone. Our grands have already asked to return. We loved it!!

Second time staying at this property! The host(s) are extremely easy to communicate with and have put together a beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle. My husband and I traveled in from St. Louis and met our friends from Memphis there. 4 adults and two younger teens had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The can crusher was an absolute hit with our youngest traveling companion ?. We all enjoyed many games of pool, time by the lake everyday kayaking, swimming and playing stick fetch with the charmingly sweet neighbor dogs. The well equipped kitchen and grill were perfect for our families to enjoy preparing many meals together over the long weekend. Everything you could truly need is there and after a quick trip to Harps we didn’t leave again until it was time to pack up. Worth every penny and miles in the car for our two families to meet for a wonderful long weekend! Thank you ?!
