Lakefront dog-friendly home with central AC, dock, scenic patio and two kayaks

Beautiful shaded waterfront property. Plenty of parking on the property and across the street. Public boat ramp one block from property. We LOVED the cool, green grass all the way to the water edge. EASY access into the water to swim. Grandchildren loved playing vollyball and using the kayak, and fishing. We loved Cool breeze coming off the water especially when we fished at night. Tiki torches citronella candles, spray repellants kept insects away. We used battery operated camp lights for safety at night near the water edge. We used the gas grill to cook grass fed hamburgers to perfection. There are three stoves, three ovens, three refrigerators, a microwave. We had plenty of room to serve our meals on the counter top inside. We had Burgers with all the trimmings, BBQ chicken from the oven, side dishes, veggie and fruit trays, salads, chips, dip. There was plenty of beds, futons for 17 of our guests to spend the night. There was very high boat traffic during the day. We did not put our boats in the water. I do feel like it would be better/safer boating at night. We felt safe playing in the area marked off for swimming. We took life jackets for the kids. We had yard games, Dominos, card games. Something for everyone to enjoy. There was plenty of room on the patio for a small band, sound equipment, two guitars, keyboard, Fiddle, drum, flute and backup vocals. Overall we all had a weekend of Precious Memories.

Beautiful setting for our Outdoor lunch with live music on the patio. Plenty of room for young children and pre teens to play. The older children played vollyball and played with the kayak. Beautiful trees, shaded yard. We used Tiki torches with citronella to get rid of flying insecects. BBQ grill worked great. Ao glad the swimming area was blocked off. There was heavy boat traffic on the river. Overall great experience.

Exterior areas filthy with debris & cobwebs. Interior clean but grungy. Shower basin plugged. Vacated early.

Accurately described as kind of a fishing camp, the kitchen and living area was a great place for our group of 10 guys having a college reunion. The grounds and lake were wonderful. Beds and baths are ok for a group of men and/or kids. The two additional casitas were great to have as additional sleeping options. Nothing fancy but priced reasonably and was good for our group. This was our 2nd visit, and we would return again.

Older house which we did not mind at all. Main house has lots of beds in it. Beautiful yard and view. Nice boat dock. Mattresses on beds in Casitas are pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise nice place. Was clean except for a few spider webs found. We enjoyed our time there.

The cabins were perfect for our group. Clean, great location and easy access in and out. Highly recommend these cabins.

We loved that the house was big enough to accommodate up to 21 people. It had ever We needed to make this trip so enjoyable. Mostly the view was just amazing! We will definitely be back again!

Overall everything on the listing was accurate. We had enough space for everyone. They place was very beautiful very spacious in the backyard. Enjoy are stayed. We will definitely come back
