Lakefront by Margaritaville w/dock 4 Bed/4Bath, 4 Decks, 16ppl Sunset Paradise

Great location, spacious with great layout.

Liked the set up of the home. Some rooms are together and some are separated, almost like apartments. Our big group was able to come together in communal areas and then also get space when needed. With a big group it was nice to have so many seating options inside and outside. We were all very comfortable and the home is spacious.

Everything was perfect there! Of all the vrbo’s I’ve stayed at, this was by far the best.

We enjoyed the condo we had beautiful weather for December So we were able to set on the deck and enjoy the lake Everything was clean and plenty ofroom for the whole family

Wonderful place. Plenty of room. Really appreciate places to park considering it held so many people. Everyone wants to come back to this place next year which has never happened in all the years we’ve been going on annual shopping trip to Osage Beach.

The set up was great!! Well stocked and very roomy. We have saved this property for next years trip. Host was great!Only problem we had was the map when booking had the dot of location on a different cove and we were trying to get two houses together. We plan to use this property as our starting point next October.

We had a family reunion and this was one of the gathering places… it worked out well for our group. We were very pleased with the house and dock.

The house was in a nice location. Being back in the cove allowed us to avoid the boat waves from the main channel, especially with the boat races going on that weekend. It seemed there was more wildlife in the water being the last house in the cove (tadpoles, snakes, turtles). The house needs some TLC, a deep cleaning on the exterior and interior, and maybe some mattress upgrades, but it wasn't horrible. The ants were definitely a problem. The lower deck on the water was great. The house had its pros and cons, but we had a good time and enjoyed our stay overall.

It could have been cleaned better, especially if you're going to allow dogs in the house. There was a lot of dog hair. The ants were an issue as well. We did have a great time though. It is a very nice home, even with the concerns we had, I would return.

This was a very convenient location to launch our boat and store our trailer next door at Margaritaville. The dock was nice, but the water is quite shallow. We really liked the multiple suites within the house for our different groups. The house had everything we needed. The only blemish on our stay was a massive ant infestation upon our arrival. Management did promptly drop off some ant killer for us to set out, and they did refund 100 of our stay, so we appreciate that. But it was still disgusting.

Some ants and noisy neighbors but overall great

Five of us ladies spent 3 nights at this perfect location. The interior is accommodating for a group of individuals. There are several decks to sit outside and enjoy each other and nature. We saw deer every day! We had a few minor issues at checkin and Memory (host) was AMAZING in responding and getting items taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here.

The perfect house for our weekend friends trip!! It had plenty of space for all of us and it was a great location! It was a little chillier than expect for our trip so we can’t wait to come back and enjoy all the amenities!

Stayed 2 nights at this property. It’s located on a very quiet cove. We felt very welcome - host provides coffee service, both keurig pods and drip pot and the kids loved the bowl of chips and snacks. Thanks to the host for sharing your home.

This spot was perfect for our work crew attending a conference at the resort next door. Love the location right on the water.

We have a conference at Margaritaville. Staying here was very convient and accesible.

Had a large family group stay at the property and it was everything we could have expected. Great location, easy access and communication with owners was easy!

Response to messages was very quick. Location was a quick drive to both the estate pool and Margaritaville pool.

Large, clean and nice home on the lake.

Our entire stay from start to finish was amazing. The house was perfect, and the only hiccup was internet/tv service upon checkin, we couldn’t get anything to work. So I reached out and we actually found out it was an outage for the area. It was resolved by the next morning. Communication was immediate and very accommodating. We loved our stay and all the amenities margaritaville offered a short drive around the corner. Lots of space for some good family time. Would definitely book again!

This was an amazing place to stay. We had 6 adults and 6 children so was perfect for all ages. The kids caught lots of fish off the deck and enjoyed swimming and paddle boarding there as well. As the for the house it was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I would change is in the master suite. The closet was locked so no place to hang clothes and there was not a dresser to put our clothes in so we had to live out of our suitcase. This was something small when you had all of the other amenities. I would definitely recommend this place for a family gathering.
