The location was great for the activities we were doing. I would go back to the area because we found it a really nice area. The communication with Evolve (host company) was horrible. The house was fine, pictures always make it look nicer than it is. Inside felt clean but outside was disappointing. Furniture on the outside is old and in poor condition. Again, that is expected from my experience. However, the most frustrating part is spending 45 minutes going around the outside to get rid of some of the spider webs. Realizing the area, there was no expectations of having a web free exterior, but you can tell that part of the cleaning is up to the short term renters. I would rent the house again but only if it wasn’t managed by Evolve.

House was great. Outdoor areas were the highlight. Outdoor areas need to be spruced up a bit, but still enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable house with a nice deck and scenic view of the lake. Steep stairs down to a nice dock. Enjoyed the great hot tub and dining al fresco. Accomodating and convenient location for our golf outing at Old Union and Butternut Creek, grilling steaks and streaming college football. The guest contact service was very responsive to questions and resolving minor issues.

We are a 3 generation family. The home is excellent for water loving family who spends a lot of time out side. The view is beautiful and the boat dock has a lot of room for sunning and swimming. The house porch has a lot of space to spread out and grill with a large dining table and couches. The house was clean and had all needs met. The large den was used playing cards and relaxing. Hot tub. darts in 2 car garage were used. Comfortable place to stay. I would recommend it as we have stayed 2 years on vacation for a week.

We stayed at this cabin with a group of friends and had a good time overall, but there were definitely some mixed experiences. The biggest plus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made things very convenient and comfortable for everyone. The rooms themselves were cozy and well-suited for a group stay. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property left a lot to be desired. Outside, there were quite a few spider webs, a wasp nest on the deck, and even a bird’s nest above the firepit fan, which made those areas feel neglected and unusable. The firepit itself didn’t have gas available, which was disappointing since we had planned to use it.In general, the outdoor spaces weren’t well maintained and were too dirty to enjoy fully. With a bit more attention to cleaning and upkeep, this could be a much better stay. Until then, it’s worth considering if those things might impact your trip.

The view was gorgeous with mountains in the background. The inside of the house was clean and well maintained with all the features you would need for a nice stay. There are 2 step steps in from the garage that are very steep. There are steps down to the dock that are manageable. My disappointment was on the outside of the house. Our plan was to be outside as much as possible but when we got there it was clear we were not going to be able to sit on the deck, eat at the outdoor table and enjoy the view of the water from the swing. Instead we mostly stood to enjoy the view as all of the cushions and chairs were covered in layers of dirt and pollen. There was a bird nest over the gazebo sitting area. The outdoor space is in need a deep pressure washing. I recommend keeping cushions put up when not in use to keep them in good shape. The hot tub was well cleaned on the inside but the lid was covered in a deep layer of pollen. It also rains on top of the hottub despite being under the porch. We were able to sit by the water on the swing on deck and we cleaned two Adirondack chairs to sit at the fitpit. I felt like for the money not having access to the outside areas was disappointing. If the outside was cleaned we would stay again.

Me and my groomsman had the perfect pad to relax before my big day! Besides the outdoor area (which would’ve been easy to clean ourselves if we found the blower) everything was tidy, well kept and accurate to the listing. Cannot knock the view either! Parking garage was very large as well which definitely helped the lack of much outdoor parking. All-in-all just a genuinely great place!

This property is well kept, clean, and strategically located for visiting State and National Parks, wineries, and other attractions in North Georgia. Plenty of room inside and the multiple decks outside the house facing the lake. Similar to many lake houses, you have to climb some steps to get to the dock, but that was expected. Kitchen well equipped, large screen TVs in all bedrooms and living areas, and the hot tub was a nice feature. I'd stay at this property again.

Check-in process was easy with keypad and it was nice parking in the 2car garage. Living room/family room furniture is old and has no cushion. There were a few towels. Nothing luxurious for the price we paid. The view was lovely but very steep getting down to the dock. The house needs a refresh and a thorough cleaning for sure. We've stayed in a lot of homes and I don't usually leave such a frank response, but this was a bit disappointing for us.

Getting responses from team Evolve was not timely. They are the management of the property. I did also deal with a lovely lady named Tiffany - she jannti far from the property. She was efficient, pleasant, and helpful. Very appreciative of this. We had to cut our trip short because of a family emergency. The property location is unbelievable, and being on the water is truly phenomenal. Waking up early and looking out on the mist over the water is just divine. A few things could be made better. Need to replace some pots and pans / change the couch ans it seems to be really sagging… and so forth. Easy fixes. I would recommend staying here.
