Lake Waterfront Townhome. Great views, short walk to Beach, Shopping, Dining.

Great place to stay! Location was perfect for us that was clean, comfortable, and had a full kitchen with supplies to use (bring your own coffee though!). Vinny was very responsive and helpful! More my fault for not reading well enough, but the 4th bedroom with the bunk beds isn’t a room but is in a closet in the hallway which can fit a small adult but doesn’t have a lot of privacy. Don’t forget to bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner to use because it is not provided. Would stay here again!

Great location and space especially for the money!

Clean and homely space with everything you’d ever need. Really beautiful views looking onto the lake. Beach within walking distance, Wilmington a short car ride away. Was the perfect base for my friends and I exploring the area. Thank you !!!

The balcony overlooking the lake was very serene. The rooms were clean. The walk around the lake has little signs telling different stories to read. There is a playground across the lake for kiddos to play at.

Everything was wonderful. The house was in perfect walking distance of everything. We had no issues with our stay and will be willing to do this again next year.

The description was a little misleading - the 4th bedroom is a hallway with two closet undersized bunk beds. Fine for kids, but we needed beds for adults (and a bedroom too). Admittedly, if you drill down 3 levels in the description you learn that there is no 4th bedroom, but we missed that little nuance when we signed on. The place is in a great location and well kept.

We had an amazing stay! super easy check in process, area was way nicer than we expected, only downside is most of the closets weren’t available so we werent able to hang clothes but other than that everything was perfect! Location is super convenient and has really pretty views! Thank you.

Nice duplex house in convenient location with beautiful lakeviews (with decks on main level and upper level master bedroom overlooking the lake).

Wonderful home in a fantastic location. Excellent attention from the property contact/host. Balcony is an excellent location to relax. The paved track around the lake is also great for walking.The posting does indicate the home is 4 bedrooms; but, the bunk bed is really located in a hall closet (not really a bedroom)

We had family here for a wedding and it was a good value, but don’t feel it was marketed as should be… says 4 bedrooms but the bunks are not a room, but simply a closet of bunks in a hallway. Beds are small and uncomfortable with need for new mattresses. Kitchen and living spaces are good and location and outside amenities are good. The air conditioning was not working properly but we were only there 2 nights and were ok since this is April! Great host who is responsive for questions.

The neighborhood was ideal, and the listing was accurate to what was advertised. Checking in was easy and the owner sent clear instructions on everything. Highly recommended!!

Stay was great

Nice and simple. Was right where we needed to be.

Not all door locks worked, master didn’t work as per the manager, the beds where the worst I’ve ever slept on, one of the beds upstairs was so worn out that the place you could sleep was in the middle if you tried to sleep on the edge you would roll to the middle.

The property was very well maintained and clean. Loved being able to sit on the porches that over looked the pond. There was plenty of room for our family. Would definitely stay here in the future, as it is a convenient location and relaxing.

The property was exceptional however, I would be doing everyone a great injustice if i do not inform of the horrific and prejudice acts towards us, from the neighbor. Had anyone else experienced the acts from the neighbor other than us, the scenario may have been fatal. The neighbor is not very welcoming to Black Americans and have cursed and sent his Doberman dogs out to us for being black. He later apologized but this scenario could of been fatal for unnecessary reasons. Must be addressed.

Decent spot

Great location and property. Plenty of room for our whole family. Kitchen and shared family room spacious and modern. The BBQ grill was not clean and difficult to use. One of the bicycles had a flat tire and we couldn’t locate a pump. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at Carolina Beach!! The host was very accommodating and answered all of my questions in a timely manner! Our only complaint was there was not enough towels for our group for the whole week and some of the bedding had stains. Overall, it was a great stay and a perfect location!

It advertises itself as 4 bedrooms not 3. There wouldn’t be a complaint if it said 3 bedrooms and 2 extra beds but an open closet in the hallway is not a room especially not for an adult. There were stains in random places. Ex. A white stain on the sheets (gross). The fan above the stove is a fire hazard only being held by duck tape and the fire alarms were not on at all! So have fun dying from a fire at night because you wouldn’t know! :) also the pictures are not accurate.

Beautiful home! Gorgeous setting and just moments away from the beach and all the activities.
