Lake Wateree Waterfront Retreat - 6BR w/ Dock, Kayaks, Firepit and Game Room

Lots of space for big families/groups! Plenty of yard space for games, dock access works for kayaks, etc. There are a lot of stairs to navigate, but makes for pretty views of the lake.

The house was everything we was looking for and more! It was clean and very spacious! 3 levels with beautiful views to the backyard and lake. The boat dock had plenty of room for the family to fish and park my boat there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

This lakefront property was a true gem to find.A great family getaway,peaceful,enjoyable and relaxing place. Wish we had more time. But it is well worth it. Will come back again. Doug was a great host.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful and spacious home. The bedrooms were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and ping-pong tables and spent a lot of time kayaking and floating in the lake. We also brought our little Jon boat. The boat ramp was right across the street and then we docked it at the house. The house stayed really cool despite the terribly hot weather and the kitchen was well stocked. The main space also had a lot of game tables and was much more spacious than we expected. There aren't any games, but we had brought some, so that wasn't a problem. Just an FYI, there are a lot of stairs getting up to the main level so loading and unloading was a little bit challenging. There is an elevator (which we did not expect) but it was not in service during our stay.

The home was very clean and ready to receive any group. We enjoyed the pier, paddle-board and kayaks. The small beach area and the pier made a great place for swimming. The host was readily available and answers any question quickly and efficiently.

Beautiful place to relax, slow down and just enjoy! Loved our spacious, clean, awesome VRBO!! We fished, kayaked, grilled and had a bon fire!! Recharged!! We will definitely be back!!

We booked this location because it was near our wedding venue and we wanted our family to be together for the weekend. Doug was super prompt with any questions and his property is stunning and tranquil. We got plenty of family bonding time to soak in the moments as we went into our wedding weekend. You cannot go wrong by booking this property, best weekend ever!!!

The property was amazing. The elevator was very helpful but a little difficult to maneuver. The property looked like it had been recently sprayed for bugs but the 2nd level still had some bugs.

The property had ample room for our group to hideaway for a little alone time or mingle. The main floor's open concept is great while cooking in a well-stocked kitchen but staying connected to family. The ping pong, pool and foosball tables in the game room as well as kayaks and paddle boards for the lake were a hit. The lake view was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Lake Wateree over Labor Day weekend.
