Great floor plan with a great view.

We loved our stay here at this HUGE, clean, cozy house. I'm so glad we choose this one, out of what felt like endless choices. The road leading up to the property is in a beautiful location with lake views. There was so many parking spots for us. I love the downstairs. It felt like its own little house. Downstairs has it's own kitchen with large refrigerator, washing machine, living room with comfortable couch and big screen, games, a door to the backporch with a fire pit!!! Every single room gets its own clean nice bathroom. The beds we're soft. The owners are nice too.

Everything was perfect! We loved that they had a washer and dryer on every floor and supplied paper products and detergent so we didn’t have to bring anything extra. Will definitely rent this property again in the future.

The house was all we expected and exactly as advertised. The location is just far enough out of town to get away from the noise, but close enough you can run back and forth with ease.

We loved our stay here! The host was accessible during our stay and answered all our questions prior. They house was so beautiful and spacious! The location was perfect--it was easy to get around town. I'd definitely stay here again!

Both my grown kids and their families joined us in Branson. The accommodations were lovely and the bedroom setup met our needs exactly. The host (Beth) went above and beyond to accommodate us and her communication was excellent. The location was excellent for going back and forth to silver dollar city. Our family would like to return and they all said they want this exact place again! We enjoyed the video games and foosball and cornhole. Plus the upstairs cabinet was packed full of fun board and card games. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and outside playground. It was so convenient to our room. Plenty of cooking utensils

This was the perfect location for our recent stay in Branson. We had a total of 12 in our party and this property is perfect for that many people. 5 bedrooms with king size beds in 4 and 2 sets of buck beds in the 5th which was great for the grandkids. Ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom is also a great feature. The only critique regarding that is we wish there had been a 1/2 bath on the main level for everyone to use vs. the 1st floor bedroom. Overall very clean, nice full kitchen with more than adequate kitchenware, nice TVs in all rooms.We will definitely consider this for any future stays in the area.

Beth is an ALWAYS AMAZING host for my family and I. This is our 4th time vacationing at one of her places and they're always up to par with our standards. Whenever we take a trip to Branson or the Ozarks I always tell my family Im going on Beth's website. Thanks again for another amazing stay.

The pool chemicals were a little overwhelming...we enjoyed the indoor pool, but everyone had trouble with coughing and sneezing after being in the pool for more than 30 minutes. The children enjoyed the pool.

We loved our stay, perfect accommodation for 3 families with kids. Indoor pool was warm enough to enjoy in the off season.

one of the nicest places we have stayed at yet. we did have one episode where there water shut off in the entire home. luckily not for very long. Hosts responded well.

We had a wonderful Christmas with extended family at Beth’s rental. The home was beautiful and plenty of room for all of our guests. Everything was stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms as described. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Noni’s Lakeside Retreat was a perfect place for our group of 5 ladies who try to visit a different location every year. It was clean, well equipped, easy to access, and the owners were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

This house exceeded our expectations. Beth was super responsive leading up to our check in. When we arrived, the house was spotless. Everything was fully stocked and had extra things like family games that we would not have thought to bring. We had a hiccup at the pool but Beth immediately answered the call and it was resolved. The indoor pool is a really neat facility. It includes tables and chairs for those who just want to watch and bathrooms as well. The entire family has already agreed to come back!

The property was very clean, comfortable and easy to access. Beds were very soft and baths were large enough. Washer and dryer on all three floors. The kitchen was very well supplied with all you'd need to cook a very large meal. The grill was large enough with an extra propane tank if needed!

Beautiful place to spend the week with family!

Wonderful place for large gatherings. We had three families and each had their own floor with every convenience needed. Every bedroom also had its own walk in bathroom. The house was very clean and maintained.

Great property located just a short distance from town. We enjoyed grilling, swimming in the outdoor pool (indoor pool was TOO COLD), outdoor playground, playing games and spending quality family time together. I would definitely recommend this cozy home as it is perfect for a family getaway! Only suggestion would be adding a few light blankets/throws for snuggling.

We did an extended family vacation with 14 people of varying ages. The house was great and was very clean. Kids had fun with smores and the pool. It was close enough to all the fun that that town offered. Great stay!

Amazing property!

It was a great place to accomodate all 10 family members. All of them agreed, they were quite comfortable & still had privacy.We went to a few shows, played putt-putt golf, shopped, & had great meals.Great way to celebrate our 80yr old patriarch! Thanks so much!

This home had a perfect layout for our family with ages ranging from 1 to 61! The home was well stocked and clean. We were very pleased.

An absolute dream of a getaway. We stayed at Noni’s Lakeview Lodge and had our grown children and their families join us for an early Christmas. We stayed 4 nights and just had such a good time playing games, watching football and Christmas movies. The kitchen was fully equipped with every amenity we would need. Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would like to try a summer stay sometime! Worth every penny as it would have been more for 4 hotel rooms! Our family spent the weekend bonding, sharing and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We hope to return soon.

Very nice and perfect for our family

We stayed here with 3 families and it was PERFECT! Each family had their own floor and there were two different common spaces so the adults and kids didn’t have to drive each other crazy. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishes cups and coffee makers! My only “complaints” are minimal. While there were tons of blankets on the beds, but there were no extras around the house for the evenings on the couch. So we had to drag our blankets around up and down the stairs. The kitchen was shockingly well stocked with dishes and cookware, but almost all of the teflon was chipped and that makes me very nervous to cook on. And while there were dozens of knives, I could barely cut strawberries with them. Last, the filtered water did not taste filtered, so we bough cases of water bottles. All of this is really just to prepare anyone who stays here better than we were, but to also say this home is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! Thank you Beth for access to your beautiful home!!

Had a great stay… there was 10 of us - house was perfect - PLENTY of washers and dryers which was great!! Everything was as described… our 8th time staying in this area and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Excellent experience - thank you!

3 separate families stayed at this location. There was more than enough room. The king size beds with a bathroom in each room was great.

I booked this trip for me and my wife and our children and their families. Total 12 people. We were given until up to October the 2nd. One of the families couldn’t make it and the host was able to offer a smaller house and it worked out perfectly. Recommend this host very much.

We really enjoyed this home while visiting Branson for a Christian women’s conference. There was plenty of room for us to spread out yet there was also space for us to all be together.
