Lake View Casa

House was amazing and Shayla was incredibly responsive and helpful! The driveway was VERY steep and rutted. Could navigate in my Jeep but a challenge for the cars. There was no game room in the basement.

The property was awesome, looked over the lake with a gorgeous drive in. Host was very responsive and easy to to communicate with. We really enjoyed it and would stay again!!

The host did inform us about the air conditioning, and all the things we had to do, but honestly if we know how hot that house was going to be we would have canceled. Also the bathtubs are so slick very easy to fall in not safe they need to make changes.

This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!

Oir family had a great time at this property. There were 5 of us who fit comfortably. It was very convenient to our rocky mountain adventure. Even with it being the 4th weekend, roads were not crowded and manageable. With the heat, the house stayed cool enough for comfortable rest. The main floor was were we hung out the most.

A comfortable and beautiful property. We really enjoyed the views from the deck. We got to see a new baby deer! So so sweet! Hope to visit again sometime!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The views were amazing and the closeness to the marina was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. The 6 of us had plenty of room. The only complaints would be that there was no soap in the bathrooms for the showers and we had to buy it at the grocery store. Second- the house doesn't have central air and all the bedrooms got very hot. The free standing unit wasn't able to cool the house off. We would definitely stay again but just not in the heat of the summer.

We stayed here while dropping our daughter off at CSU.

This property is absolutely lovely and so well situated. Attention to detail throughout. Well coordinated decorative touches and so very comfortable. From the couches to the oversized recliner to the fluffy towels - it is ideal for a vacation. And what a view you get every day. Location perfect for water events and within an hour of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

The house is really cute, super clean and had everything we needed. I love that the kitchen table and the living room had enough space for everyone. Very spacious indeed. The host was fantastic!

This is a true lake house with gorgeous mountain and lake views. It is more spacious than the pictures portray. The deck offers the best views but needs TLC. A couple of misleading details in the listing are: there is no central ac. There are stand-alone units that have a difficult time cooling the upstairs bedrooms in the summer heat. There is a fun foosball table but no regulation pool table. Though there is a futon in the basement, it isn't really a welcoming area to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay (especially after Jeff, handyman, came and replaced one of the malfunctioning ac units!). The kids enjoyed fishing at the lake and we really enjoyed eating at Horsetooth Tavern! We made friends with some wildlife on the property and communication with the owners was good. Again, if you are looking for a lake get-away in the mountains, this is a great option!

From the pictures of the home the house looked like it was on a hill. I asked ahead of time if we were able to park our boat in the driveway. I was told yes they are able to fit boats on the property's driveway. When we arrived we attempted to pull our boat up the extremely steep driveway and got stuck. The hill is very narrow and steep and not enough room to park or pull a boat. We were able to reverse out of the driveway with the boat, that took about 2 hours due to the nartow and steep driveway.

Paddle boarding, gravel biking, hiking & baby deer right outside your door. The house was very clean with cute decor. Very comfy master bed! The he deck is older and needs some love. We kept our dog on leash while on it so he wouldn’t jump out between rungs to chase a deer. Host was fabulous to work with!

We really enjoyed the locality and convenience to Horsetooth. The home was a cozy spot for my girls and their families.
