Lake Travis Home w/ Dock & Game Room! Group Escape

Really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels, and other amenities. There was some issues with pool heating

What a beautiful and fun place for a family vacation. The game room, pool, hot tub and fire pit was the icing on the cake for this gorgeous waterfront home. Fantastic place for our kids and grandkids to join us. You won't go wrong staying here!

The property was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The grandkids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and the view was beautiful we cannot wait to go back. Everyone enjoyed seeing all the deer and feeding them. We had such a great time! The house was beautiful and a great location! Seth was amazing and very responsive to any messages that we sent. We enjoyed the downstairs den game room and the pool area! The rooms and beds were so cute and comfortable!

This is a beautiful home nestled amongst large trees with views of the lake from every window! Great for large families. We loved the amazing pool and cabana. Our family also enjoyed all the activities like the pool table, foosball and pickle ball court. Our contact responded quickly to our request the hot tub run later than the original schedule. We can’t wait to come back next year!

In the wake of the heartbreaking events that took place in the area my family decided to cancel almost all planned activities Even though we held moments of silence out of respect for all that were lost, we also realized how blessed we were to be able to be together in such a beautiful place. Majestic sunsets viewed from the pool area, laughter coming from the game room, and lots of food shared in the amazing home. Thanks to our host , Seth, for always being there when we needed him. Amazing trip.

Plenty of beds, towels, and all the amenities you need

We had so much fun from the beginning to the end. The pool was so clean and so amazing. There was enough room and beds for everyone to be comfortable with. Of course a lot of the kids fell asleep on the couch so we moved them to the bunkbeds anything you need in the kitchen was there we hardly used anything that we brought in reference to equipment. Seth was so great with communication. So much to do between the lake, pickleball , pool, darts , hot tub ice and just enjoying being relaxed together.

Loved all the amenities, pool was amazing with the swim up area next to the grill, pickleball/basketball court was fun to have, and the garage with the pool table, darts, and foosball table was used every night along with the movie room downstairs. Would stay at this place again with out a doubt.

All in all we loved the house and amenities! The pool, jacuzzi, outdoor setup all amazing! The house is stocked very well. Would recommend the house only watch outs - house is located on the north west of the lake from Austin so to get to most places it does take an hour, the beds / pillows are average comfort and the pool heater seems to turn off at different points and wasn’t always warm…. For the pool, Seth was always fast to reply but I do think the poolHeater temperature doesn’t do a great job a circulating water 24/7. Wasn’t a huge issue but had times where the water wasn’t warm even though Seth shows it was 90 but was no accurate as various ppl spots were cold and not comfortable.

We loved this property. It is tucked away at the end of the road and very quiet. The kitchen is huge and was great for cooking for our big family. The beds were all very comfortable and nice big bathrooms with beautiful showers. Every room has a door out to the deck or the patio. Great view overlooking the river. We used everything on the property from the dart board and pool table in the garage to the sport court outside. The best part about this property was the pool and hot tub. Love the swim up bar at the pool and we used the outdoor grill/kitchen a ton. It was a nice bonus that there was a waterproof Bluetooth speaker to use by the pool as well. Had one small issue with the hot water during our stay, but Seth, the property manager, was very responsive and great to deal with. That issue was resolved within an hour of us calling. Absolutely a 5 Star property and will definitely stay here again!

This was perfect right from the get go. So easy to reserve and communicate with the property manager Seth. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some family come to escape below zero degrees in Alaska, and this place did not disappoint. The hot tub was super warm and clean and the sunset view was so relaxing. We never ever heard our kids say they were bored the entire weekend, that's a miracle. The place is beautiful, comfy and clean and had everything we needed for my parents relaxing 50th wedding anniversary dinner. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we'll be sure to tell anyone looking to get away about this place and we will be back!♡

We stayed as a family and loved the place. Plenty of room to be together and apart. The bedrooms were nicely furnished. There were planets of toiletries, towels, kitchen pots and pans, spices etc. the pool was nice and accommodated all of us. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The house was in great condition. We had a wonderful stay.

House was great! We really enjoyed the pool area and pickleball/basketball court! Also had some pretty good sunsets!
