Lake Superior Cottage Marquette Camp Luke Charles Sand River Waterfront Home

Very private in a beautiful location.

The location was peaceful and quiet. The house was nice and spacious for 6 of us. Wonderful access to Lake Superior right across the street. We really enjoyed it stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camp Luke! We had a group of 6, and the cabin felt very spacious and comfortable. It was also very well-equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The location was very nice since it felt so private and quiet. We especially loved using the kayaks/lifejackets in the stream right by the cabin!

Wonderful house for a family vacation! Absolutely cannot beat the location, amazing access to a beautiful Lake Superior beach, we had several nights on the beach with a fire, s'mores and stars. House is well equipped with comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels, and many spaces to appreciate the beauty of Marquette, both inside and out. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful view of River. Quiet! Plenty of parking. Our party of six had ample area to visit and each had a bedroom.

The beach was amazing and was where we spent most of our time on the property.

A pleasant stay in a cabin with room and character. Five adults were comfortable and another five could have joined us, no problem. Cabin was clean with interesting decor; about 10 miles east of Marquette in peaceful surroundings. Beautiful beach across the hwy. Aacross the hwy.

Superior location! Centrally located between Marquette and Munising making it easy to enjoy both cities. Don’t miss Lakenenland right down the road - so unique and fun! Gorgeous sand beach right across the street , a perfect spot for beautiful sunsets. Although we didn’t see the Northern Lights as we had hoped, the star filled skies were exceptional. Lovely swing in the yard to sit and star gaze. The river behind the house was fun to canoe and kayak Bedrooms are very large and beds were comfortable.Plenty of space inside and out to relax and enjoy . The house was clean, but there is an overabundance of eclectic decorations for our taste that gave us a cluttered feeling, but without a doubt there are many special memories and love in this house.

Beautiful property with a confortable, well-stocked home. Love being able to walk to Lake Superior! Comfy beds, good kitchen, tons of beach towels, everything we needed was right there. Easy to reach owners. Couldn't ask for more from our stay!

As others have stated this cabin has very eclectic decor. Lots of knick knacks, which actually brought us back to our childhoods and time with our Grandparents!!! The cabin was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We kayaked the river in the back and met up with Lake Superior to kayak as well. What a fabulous experience!!! We did encounter a gardener snake in one of the kayaks, which made for a funny story to tell others. LOL!!! This cabin is in such a great location to enjoy Lake Superior, walking the beautiful beach and catching some beautiful sunsets. We also took day trips to Marquette, where we biked the beautiful bike trail from the visitors center to Presque Isle, hiked Sugarloaf mountain and Munising to hike and view many beautiful water falls. Sandy calm beach right across the road. Good location between Munising and Marquette. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and all you would need to cook away from home. Handsoap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper and trash bags were a nice surprise, we have been to a few places without these provided. Cottage is comfortable and decorated with many interesting pieces. We enjoyed being close to the beach and walked over multiple times per day. We would definitely stay again!

We love the solitude of this property! The close proximity to the beach was amazing and we spent many hours walking the beach.

Everything was absolutely wonderful about our stay! The house was clean, well maintained and instructions were clear. Great location between downtown Marquette area and Munising. Absolutely stunning views all throughout the property and at Lake Superior.
