Lake Superior Beachfront Retreat

Tera was a fantastic host—communicative, helpful, and full of great tips to make sure we didn’t miss the northern lights. The property itself was breathtaking, with unbeatable beach access and stunning views. The house was beautifully updated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities we could need. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Marquette. Highly recommend!

Great location right on the beach! Property was all that was advertised. We loved being able to step out our door right onto a private beach. Tera was a very responsive host, and we'd highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful well-maintained house right on the shore of Lake Supeior. They house was vey clean and stocked with all the amenities of home. The house is very comfortable and offers great views of the lake and Presque Isle. Plenty of great hiking and good restaurants in Marquette. I would recommend this property to anyone!

We were in town for a wedding with three kids. Very close to town and amazing views of the lake (with northern lights!). The kitchen is setup well and bedrooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Been coming up to Marquette my whole life and this is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. The beach is wonderful and it’s an easy walk to Presque Isle.

Visiting the UP has been a bucket-list item for our family. This home checked off all the boxes: close enough to Marquette for shopping and dining, yet just enough distance from town to feel we were away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Marquette’s airport made for relatively easy access from other parts of the country. Being able to sleep with the windows open and walk out the door and down to the beach was wonderful. The water clarity of Superior made for lots of rockhounding fun, and the proximity to Little Presque Isle Park allowed us ready access to beautiful sunset views, peaceful hikes, and thrilling jumps into the lake at Black Rocks. The home’s location is perfectly situated for day trips to various waterfall hikes or to other areas along the Superior shore. And if we wanted to stay put, the home’s accommodations were roomy and comfortable for our group of six. Tera is a wonderful and responsive host. Definitely will go back!

This is an incredible home right on Lake Superior. Very roomy. Clean. Super views of the lake. Extremely quiet. We've been coming to the UP for 20 years and this is the best place we've ever stayed. Tera is an All-Star host.

Only drawback was the train switching yard across the street was noisy 24/7. After a while we didn't notice it as much, but the first few days were tough. Loved the house. Loved the beach. Views were outstanding!

Location was perfect for our group! Presque Isle Park just a half mile down the road made for mornings spent birding, walking, running, and viewing the activity of the ore boats. Close to Marquette for visiting museums and local eateries. Target close for grocery shopping. Lake front was wonderful.
