Located 1 minute from Mexico Point State Park, the beach, boat launch and charter docks, with quick access to kayaking, ATV trails, hiking and world-class Salmon River fishing.

Relax in comfort after a day on the water or snowmobile trails.

The house was beautifully renovated in 2021 and with a massive driveway there is even spacefor those with trailers. It's comprised of 2 separate buildings, the 'Ranch' and the 'Farmhouse'. They share a yard with plenty of space to grill and 2 separate fire pits!

The Ranch:

Entering from the front door you're just across from the huge Master suite has a King bed with full en suite bathroom and a pullout loveseat if you need an extra bed or some reading space.

The second bedroom, which is also huge has a queen, full en suite bathroom, and little reading bench by the window. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space.

The third bedroom is at the other side of the house, with its own entrance and provides a Queen bed, with a nearby 1/2 bathroom and closet.

To the right of the entrance, you'll enter a fully renovated Kitchen with a dining space.

The gigantic ranch living room offers load of natural light, with comfortable couches, floor to ceiling glass and skylights. Beautiful to be in any time of day or night. It’s also equipped with a smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more). The living room also has a sliding glass door out into the yard and grill area. There is a deck with furniture available to use outside that’s ideal to relax and enjoy the space.

To the other side of the living room is the mudroom, which is where we ask you to enter the house when you've been out enjoying the outdoors for the day. We provide hanging rails for dirty coats and waders and a shoe rack for your shoes and boots.

The Farmhouse:

Entering the Farmhouse through the front door, you walk step into a beautiful living room. Directly in front of you is the downstairs full bathroom and to your right is a cute dining area and modern kitchen with everything you need if you decide to stay at home and cook.

At the back of the kitchen is the Laundry area and back door, which we ask you to use when you have been out enjoying the outdoors / fishing etc. There is also a deck for you to sit and enjoy the outdoor space.

Moving upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. 2 with a queen bed, 1 full and two twins. You'll also find an additional bathroom.

Careful on the stairs as they are steep!

For both houses:

- Absolutely no cleats or waders inside please! Hangers are provided in the mudroom / laundry area by the back door.

- Absolutely no fish to be skinned and gutted in the property! There are plenty of local stations that will do this for you for a very small fee and dispose of the detritus.

- Please store all fish and bait in sealed containers

- Furry friends are welcome to stay for an additional fee but must be kept off the furniture.

You will have access to both houses.

There is a 1 car garage you are welcome to use if it is available and the driveway is big enough for several cars and even trailers.

Just 1 minute from the Mexico Point State Park Boat Launch and Beach and directly opposite most of the charter trips Marinas - you are minutes away from the sought after Dan's Chicken Shack and other great eating.

Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River, Snowmobile trails, State Parks and trails, you have everything you could want year round and you are only 10 minutes from the Towns of Mexico and Pulaski which have all of your usual amenities.

No cleats or waders inside the house, hanging rails are provided in the Ranch mudroom or Farmhouse Laundry area.
