You could not find a better place to stay. The owners are the most helpful, wonderful people. Full of knowledge on places to go and things to experience. Perfect place for our relaxation needs. Top 3 wows for me were the theatre, the mattress in the beach room and the water pressure!!! Doug and Margie really thought about the needs of the guests when they put together this space. Will definitely be returning with the family.

Loved this place. For all the amenities there, you can’t beat the price! The hosts were very nice and Doug helped my husband while he was fixing a leaking brake line. The kitchenette is small but well stocked. We had a Coleman stove so we did some of our cooking outside. We are already looking at when we can return!

Great place and Blairsville is a wonderful small town. Lots of things to do at the house and in the surrounding area. I would recommend this house to anyone

This home was such a wonderful place to just relax and unwind. The host was extremely friendly and considerate if their guests. I would highly recommend and am gonna stay with them again in the future

We had a wonderful comfortable stay here. Everything we could possibly need was there. My children enjoyed learning to play billiards and the games they had on hand. We enjoyed meeting Doug and Margie and hope to stay there again this summer.

The place was very spacious, clean, and easy to access when we arrived. Unfortunately, the lake had been drained a good bit that we were unaware of, but we were still able to enjoy the lake by kayak. The AC was not working and was still out when we left. We were lucky enough to have cool weather at night, and with the 3 sliding glass doors being open with screens, it kept us comfortable. The owners were very nice and did what they could to accommodate us. Even when I accidentally locked us out of the rental, HAHA Would go back in the summer for sure when the lake is up, and the AC is fixed!

We had a wonderful stay! Doug was so helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We were hauling a 18 foot trailer with full size rigs and he made sure we would be able to get in and out. Although the driveway was extremely steep we were able to make it workout with the help of Doug. Beautiful place and every morning we seen deer.

Great place. Peaceful if you want it. Games, darts, billiards and the media room was great to unwind in. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

This place was fantastic! Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculate and everything we needed was there for us. There are easy, detailed instructions posted for anything in the house needing instructions. Doug and Margie were so kind and accommodating. Hands down the best hosts we’ve ever come across. My mom is very unsteady on her feet as she’s elderly and they were kind enough to let us use their golf cart to haul our stuff down and to take my mom down to the lake. Absolutely genuine people who care about their guests! We will most certainly be coming back and highly recommend this place. They also have a theatre room that our whole family enjoyed in the evenings, a pool table, games, so much stuff to keep everyone happy! 10/10

We had an awesome stay! Doug and Margie made our stay with two young kids amazing with all they provided; a highchair, booster seat, toys, endless fun on the lake and so so so much more. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Margie & Doug's. The house was amazing and exactly as described and Margie and Doug were outstanding hosts.

The place was GREAT!! I would of not changed anything about this rental, the space was awesome and the hosts were very helpful in anyway. Will be back in the future, can't wait to be able to utlize the outdoor spaces, once the weather warms up. Definitely a gem on the lake.

Not a good fit for us. A long way down a fairly steep hill from the parking area to the unit. My wife could not navigate without my help. Making multiple trips with luggage upon arrival and on departure was difficult. In the fall the lake is drawn down so poontoon not available and kayaks and fishing hard for us at our age. Sound in theater room broken. We did see a lot of deer which was nice. Could be a great place for younger renters with some updates.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The owners were very accommodating for our later than intended arrival and went above and beyond building a fire for us one night down by the lake. I plan to return in the summer with my family!

Margie and Doug are excellent hosts. We enjoyed our weekend away from home and would definitely like to return. We all enjoyed spending time on the boat and morning coffee on the patio. The kids really liked the darts, pool table and movie room.

Bachelorette weekend with no drinking. They accomodated us very graciously!!!! Turned out to be the perfect place for us!!!! Would go again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Cove, and we were delighted to be Margie and Doug’s guests. They’re extremely responsive to the needs of their guests and make sure their presence isn’t felt. Their boat rental is a bargain!

Ther location, home and owner's hospitality couldn't have been better for us.
