Lake Norman Waterfront - Private Dock, 3 Boat Slips, Kayaks - Pet Friendly

We came to visit Davidson College for a football camp, and this was a beautiful “retreat away” but only about 10-15 minutes from Davidson.Bedrooms spacious, beds are queen size which felt on the small side. The view and amenities sure made up for the beds! Coffee by the lake in the morning, and my son taking a break on the paddle board available to The guests was wonderful. We even go to see some pretty cool waterskiing by lake neighbors and talked to some folks fishing. Check in and out was super easy, all amenities we needed were provided. Not fancy, but beautiful for sure. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay a the cabin on the lake. The cabin was the perfect size for us and our dog and the location was incredible. Sitting on the dock with a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset was amazing. The proximity to shopping was easy and close but the property felt so private and secluded. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy lake getaway and will definitely be back.

The cabin was just perfect for a weekend getaway for a few gals who haven't seen each other in years! It was cozy, had cushions for the outdoor furniture (we sat out there for hours) and was easy to check in and out. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an easy drive to local restaurants and activities. It isn't a fancy place, but it sure met our needs! You may want to bring some coffee with your other provisions. We would rent this place again!

This was the perfect cabin on the lake. Literally right on the lake. Kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a dock slip. Our dog was welcome and had plenty of property to walk around. The cabin is simple and clean. We loved it.

My stay was nothing short of AMAZING. I could not have selected a better property had I drew it up myself. My close friend who stays on the Southwest end of Lake Norman just fell in love with this quaint and cozy gem.

As usual the property met with our expectatioins Even with an abundance of rain during our stay we managed to enjoy ourselves. We woule highly recommend you committing the this rental and you could not ask for a better host

The location and lakefront are wonderful! The house is not fancy but very functional. We enjoyed the covered dock and use of kayaks.We were only here two nights to break up a drive home but very much enjoyed this as a stop on Lake Norman with our 2 dogs.Thank you!

Great place to stay. Real nice location and great view. Stayed there and competed in the Lake Norman State park sprint triathlon. Plan on staying again if we go back next year.

Great cabin right next to the lake. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely revisit again in the future.

Great spot for fisherman. Very nice dock to tie up to. Good fishing in the immediate area. Quiet, and relaxing. Cozy cabin. Room to park your boat trailer. Overall a great experience

I absolutely loved it here. Right on the lake. Loved being able to sit on the dock and read. Loved the house, had everything we needed. My dog loved it too. I think I found my new happy place!

All was as advertised, beautiful relaxing place.

As usual; everything was prestine and we noticed all the updates made to the property. We visit twice a year and will continue to do so as long as we are able. Jay, the property manager, is easy to do business with and is always responsive to our communications. We would HIGHLY recommend the cabin; you can not go wrong
