My stay here was amazing!! Waking up to the lake out your back door every morning was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

This has become a family favorite spot. The location to trails, food, Fox Powersports, is just about perfect. The lake really adds to the comfort and relaxation. The house size is perfect for multiple family gatherings. Definitely our favorite destination! Will be back in May!

House was very clean, right on the lake. Enough beds for every one to sleep in. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, and a crock pot are all are there to use. The dishwasher is a nice upgrade they added. As long as Ryan keeps renting his home I will be renting it every year for my fishing trip. Thank you Ryan for being a great host.

House was everything that we expected. House was perfect for our little get together. Layout was exactly what we needed. The view was outstanding. I highly recommend this property for anyone that interested in a lake front stay. Plan to return next year for a longer stay if possible

The house was very clean and organized. There were plenty of linens. The lake was perfect for our families with 5 kids under 6. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best place we rented up north. Clean, spacious and the best part is the lake. This is our 2nd time there, would recommend 100%.

We (three families) booked this property for a summer getaway, and naturally, it ended up being during a great wave. Still, we had an amazing time!!! The kids were in the lake from morning till night, and the lake is shallow enough that even the toddlers could enjoy the water. The lake is pretty chill, and the house has everything you could need. Our only complaint was the lack of A/C. There were a couple units in a couple bedrooms, but not in all of them. We were a large group and used all the bedrooms so our kids were sleeping in bedrooms that were 80-85F or warmer. We had the windows open and fans going, but it was just HOT. Not that the host can control the weather, but central air would make this place just perfection!

PERFECT!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of room, CLEAN!, perfect deck, warm shallow lake, caught fish one after the other off the dock, can’t say enough good about the house. Have rented lots of summer houses all over MI, this is by far the best.

This was our second stay and it was even better than the first! The host has made beautiful as well as functional updates to the property, such as fresh paint, new fixtures, new kitchen sink, and added a dishwasher. We had four families staying and everyone had a wonderful time.

This is our family’s 2nd time renting this home and will more than likely try to rent it again next year. So close to the trails. Rode over 200 miles in our SxS’s and on 4-wheelers, couldn’t ask for a better location to come back to relax in.

Beautiful, clean, exactly as promised. Plenty of room. Beds super comfy, kitchen stocked with whatever you need to cook with. Extra towels and linens, plenty of pillows. Outdoor patio was perfect. The lake is clean. There is a convenience store close by.

The entire group was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and thoroughly enjoyed thier stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away for a bit in Baldwin and will likely go back next year.

Perfect property for a friends weekend!

We all really enjoyed the view and the amount of space. We had a group of 12, and we were more than comfortable.

Very roomy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the lake and evening fire. Close drive to local bar and restaurant and short drive to stores.

I purchase a cottage for a few days as a Christmas present for my adult children. I can not explain how much this vacation means to me. I love spending time with my kids and grand kids and friends. We had a great time and can not wait to go back next year!
