RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED, LITTLE O CABIN CLOSE TO BALDWIN-WOLF LAKE

Property was as listed. Very clean.

Amazing place! Was perfect for our trip to ride ORVs. Plenty of parking & easily accessible. Cabin was in great condition and was spacious. We will definitely book this spot again.

Shawn was a good host and communication was great. The cabin was clean nice with a great location. There are a few things (minor) that could use improvement. One bed was very firm and the other was very soft. Probably could use a couple new medium/firm mattresses for the main floor rooms. We did not use the upstairs at all. Also need curtains/blinds on back sliding door and front door for privacy and security along with an outside light for the back porch area. A large cast iron skillet for the kitchen would be a bonus. Still 5 stars over-all.

So quiet and peaceful. Checking in was easy. Loved the whole house. Definitely will be back again.

Property just as described. TV area very comfortable as where the beds. Kitchen well supplied. Outdoor grill came in handy and enjoyed the fire pit as well. The family was there for a couple of days of ATV riding. Trailhead to multiple trails and routes are right down the street. Garage came in very handy for keeping the ATV locked up at night although our safety was of no concern. Property is the forest right of M-37. Easy drive via car back into town. Communication with property owner was outstanding. We will return.

Very clean and cute cabin. It worked well for our families annual canoe trip. The loft stairs were a little tricky as they are steep and narrow, but we were able to navigate them and had no problems. Would rent again.

Outstanding host, communicated well. Went with my family to ride some of the trails in the Manistee National Forest and had a blast. Trails are very close and the property was well kept.

Great new cabin. Good location to rivers. Steps to loft are difficult for older adults who need to traverse during the night... That is absolutely the only issue and needs to be identified in listing. All else wonderful!!!

We had four adults staying here for a couple days while we were trail riding. Communication from the owner was great, checkin was easy, house was clean. My only complaint was the internet was so slow that it wasn’t usable and I had to work a few times so that was rough, but it’s in the middle of nowhere so that’s just how it goes. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for the weekend to enjoy some fishing and reconnecting with our family. The house is adorable, super comfortable and had something for everyone! Its was clean and is only a few min out of town. The hosts are incredible and very responsive! We will definitely be back!

This is a very nice cabin near a hiking trail. Everything was clean, and everything was as listed. Great spot to get away to.

Excellent accomodations! Exceeded our expectations. Great home base for enjoying the area, close enough to Lake Michigan for day trips. Shawn is great at responding right away to any inquiry. Highly recommend this host and his properties- second one we have stayed at, both are top-notch.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this cabin. It was nice and had almost everything we needed. Two of the three bedrooms had window air conditioners. One slight concern, the coffee pot did not fit the coffee maker, but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.
