Stayed Jun 27, 2025We rented this house at the last minute to get away for a much needed break for the weekend. It's big enough for several families and literally has 2 living spaces on 2 levels, just as advertised. We had everything we needed (plus more) on both levels. The owner was VERY helpful and took care of everything we needed during our stay. Great experience!

Stayed May 7, 2025We rented this home in Seneca for our family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Clemson, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. With a group of 11 and mobility considerations for my mother, we needed a space that was both spacious and accessible—and this home delivered on every level. The main living area had bedrooms and bathrooms that made it easy for her to get around without needing to navigate stairs. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we could have possibly needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout the home. The owners were responsive and helpful any time I had a question.The setting on the lake was absolutely gorgeous and provided the perfect backdrop for making lasting memories with our family. Everyone was impressed by the home and how well it suited our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such a meaningful occasion. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024Perfect house to gather a group of friends to hike the foothills trail. 10 of us hiked 47 miles in 27 hours, a four man crew provided food and water resupply along the trail. The house provided a great base to cook and stage the resupplies from. As team 24/77 we raised 22k for a cancer patient with the goal to raise 100k. Perfect home to enjoy the upstate’s offerings and comfy for a large group

Stayed Jun 2, 2024The check in process was simple and the location was easy to find. Great place to feel like you got away! Spent time relaxing on the couch in the theater room watching movies. From the dock we caught several fish, kayaked and soaked up some sun. Best time of the trip was spent in the spacious kitchen cooking, eating and catching up with family.
