Lake Huron front of Cape Cod

Fairly clean, safe, quiet property. Communication good, easy check in, out. 5-10 minute drive to pier, park, groceries, gas, restaurants. Host provides a few things for cooking, fire pit so you don't worry about the little details.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well maintained and is very cute. Would stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend to get away and relax. This was the perfect place to do it. It was quiet and peaceful. The beach is private but shared with the rental next door. Which was no big deal because the ladies staying next door were there to relax like us.

This house was amazing, The kitchen was the best part. The bed was really comfortable, the view to the water was great. We saw deer which we love, and birds. Joe was extremely nice and very accommodating. We wanted to stay an extra day so we contacted him, and it was available so we were happy. We hope to come back, this is one of our favorite places

It was our perfect getaway, we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed for a family reunion around Wagner Park area. Stay was great, access to reunion was great, my kids and grand kids were all happy with the house. Even showed to a couple cousins. Will try to book for next year.

Overall, a great place to stay would highly recommend, however the floor in the downstairs bedroom is very slippery when only wearing socks be careful. One other suggestion for the host would be to provide some luggage stands in the bedrooms where there is nothing to place your suitcases on only the floor.

Clean, quiet location close to downtown Harbor Beach.

This home is absolutely stunning! Pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious, clean, and so comfortable. The kiddos were beyond excited to stay in the jungle room. They had a blast playing upstairs in all of the little nooks. I felt it was a good environment for the littles other than a few sharp edges that I needed to cover (the edges of the trundle bed and kitchen counters.) The glass top of the tv stand made me nervous but it did not end up being an issue. The path to the water was shorter than expected. The views are stunning and it is very quiet and private. It was not a good spot for playing in the water but the local beach downtown was so perfect and only a 4 minute drive. I highly recommend this home for families or adults looking for a peaceful escape. I will warn you, there are very few options for dining out and we had a particularly negative experience with the local pizza place. Its worth it to drive a little farther to go to Boonedocks (so good!). Otherwise, you will want to bring all of your food with you to cook.

Very nice and clean. Nice and cool. Beach was kinda disappointing the water is so low you cant enjoy it. But a very nice beach a short drive into town.

Lovely home close to the lake and Harbor Beach. The kitchen was very usable and had everything we needed. We were visiting with friends from Arizona and had a lovely time.

Beautiful finishing touches throughout the home. Very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. The view from the Kitchen of the lake is also amazing! Will definitely come back!

Stay was awesome. everything was great mostly. I suggest for safety sake a railing on the porch steps. Dangerous.

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was comfortable. The view of the lake was very nice. The beach is a bit weedy. The beds were comfortable. The outside of the house needs some cleaning up but the inside was fine.

Great house for a weekend get away!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the home and property. The waterfront was as described and provided a nice quiet and secluded place to relax. Joe was a pleasure to work with and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to stay again in the future.

3 days with our family in this cozy house

The place was exactly as described. The house is great and the kitchen is huge. We made lots of great meals. The walk to the beach is perfect and the beach was fun.

The home was beautiful, and located within walking distance to downtown Harbor Beach. We especially loved walking along the path to watch the freighters go by. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area!
