Stayed Aug 4, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this house. The property is high quality throughout with comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, and a great BBQ. The ping pong table and hot tub were highlights for everyone, and the quiet and efficient AC made the stay extra comfortable. The movie room is very spacious and perfect for relaxing.We stayed as two families with four adults and nine kids, and the house never felt crowded. It was roomy, comfortable, and relaxing. The lake is amazing, and Cowichan town has everything you need. Highly recommended for a family getaway.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The Lake House Retreat is beautiful! It’s gorgeously decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, games for the family to play, ping pong, hot tub and an expansive covered deck that we enjoyed everyday. There was plenty of room for all three families that stayed with us, with room for even more. Craig was an excellent host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We’ve rented many properties in the past, but this has to be our favourite one of all. Highly recommend!
