Lake House Memories is 6-bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath; on Lake Champlain

This is a beuatiful home with wonderful ammenities. The host is very gracious and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again, thank you for the wonderful memories with family and friends!

Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 6) had a wonderful week together in this lovely home on Lake Champlain. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do! And the house had everything we needed! Plus the view was gorgeous!

The house is well kept and spacious. Some bedrooms are really large and have an ensuite bathroom. There's a nice kitchen and dining area and plenty of other places to hang out. The location is great - right on the lake and it even has a couple of kayaks on hand. Just FYI they are still working on their backyard although it didnt affect us as the steps to go down to the lake are accessible.

Location! Location! Location! This house is beautiful! We were in town for a family funeral. Everyone had their own space with multiple gathering spots for family. Kathleen was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this house.

I’m reluctant to boost this place too much because last time I did it became unavailable for my groups annual trip but it deserves it, and an update so here goes. My second time staying here now, an annual trip I take with college friends. The place is just wonderful, and huge. Modern touch to everything, the bathrooms are flawless, the bedrooms are clean, large, beautiful views, and new. It’s been 8 years since renovation but I can’t stress enough how new it feels, very modern. Updates since my last 5 star visit: There’s another (third) kayak and I think the canoe is newer. They got a very big comfy couch in the living room, which now has a giant tv in it. The couches that were there are now in the back den with a recliner as well, making it easier for a bigger crowd to watch tv in there with the benefit of a wall of windows looking out on the lake. But the best is that they took the couch from the den and put it in the basement/game room so now that’s become a really good place to hang, ply ping pong, and pool and watch something on the tv at the same time. Previously it had pretty uncomfortable seating. Finally, the basement used to have an old bed, now it has two new kids beds so it’s a great place for kids to stay. Also there’s a keyboard if you want to put on a show. Long story short, you can’t go wrong with this place just please don’t book it when I want to go back lol

Great accommodations! Plenty of room to gather and relax. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach. There is a well stocked kitchen and a spare refrigerator. Views are stunning, especially the sunrises. We did a lot of bike riding in the area and in Vermont.

We have stayed at this beautiful house on Lake Champlain many times . We love it here! The house has many wonderful bedrooms, several with gorgeous views of the lake. I have two favorite rooms here, one being the sun porch with comfortable seating for reading and drinking coffee in the morning. My second favorite spot is the lovely deck. This spot is perfect for relaxing in the evening while watching the ever changing lake scenery. We will be back! Thank you Cass and family for hosting us!
