Stayed Dec 26, 2024We stayed 4 nights and had a great time! Tons of trails for sxs riding right from the property. The house is adorable, clean and comfortable and the fully fenced property was perfect for our fur babies! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 16, 2024We go fishing pretty regularly at Roosevelt Lake. I’ve rented several houses in the Tonto Basin/Roosevelt Lake are and this house is by far, the best one I’ve found! I’d recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Tonto Basin and Roosevelt Lake. The location is perfect. We were 3 miles from restaurants/bars, 3 miles from a boat ramp to the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for many enjoyable meals. We had several nights of good fires in the firepit. We’ll definitely be going back, hopefully sooner than later. Overall, the trip was fantastic and the house was very nice, well appointed, great amenities, clean, AND great communication with the owner.
