Lake Hartwell Retreat w/ 2-Tier Dock & Boat Slip!

Response time was really bad!! Was at the property for an hour before any response! Not as pictured, nice home but not as spacious as it was made to have been believed other than that it was clean and was a comfortable stay.

Can’t say how comfortable this home is for our football family. Oh, the back porch fun we had! Each bedroom is perfect for our families and offers lots of options for kids and adults. Thanks again!!

We had a lovely wknd on the lake. This area of the lake is relatively quiet. The home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linens, and the decor was adorable. The owners were very nice and responded immediately to any questions. We would rent again! Thank you!

Great place to stay - had everything we needed!!

The House was great for our group of 10! It was very well equipped with all the kitchen items we needed and lots of lake toys. It was very quiet but not far from town. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable and as listed. The lake was fun and having access to the inflatables was so much fun! Highly recommend!

Perfect deep water dock for jumping in, swimming, boating, etc. House was great, screened back porch was awesome with lots of games.

This property, by far, was the cleanest and most comfortable property I have ever stayed in at Lake Hartwell. The dock and the screened in porch are huge bonuses. I cannot say enough good things about this home. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great appliances, great lighting with fixtures and windows, nice-sized bathrooms, owners are super accessible. Did I mention how clean the home is? I'll be staying here again.

We had a blast. The kids loved the bunk room, they enjoyed fishing on the dock. Adults and kids all enjoyed jumping from the top deck, the water was beautiful and cool. The stairs were perfect for getting in and out. The top deck was also perfect for watching Clemson sunsets. Our family caught 5 catfish and enjoyed them for diner. Overall the whole weekend was perfect!

This home is located close to Clemson University and was the perfect place for our family to stay while in town for an event. It has four spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths and a nice screened in porch area. And it’s a short walk down to the lake. We will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

Great Clemson location.

Lake Home in good condition, extremely clean, and convenient to Clemson University. Amenities and instructions to make your stay fun and comfortable were very helpful. I would recommend this rental for anyone looking to visit Clemson or for a Lake Hartwell getaway. Screened in deck, with a couple of outside deck seats were a nice touch to go along with the fire pit area and double decker dock on the lake. Plenty of places for the whole family to enjoy.

House was very clean and beautiful. It was close to campus and an easy drive. Access to dock was easy to walk to. Plenty of parking and privacy.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home. The home had everything you need and was clean and nicely and comfortably decorated. The screened in porch and dock are great! We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the kayaks etc. but love that they are there for the guests to use. The communication with the owners and Evolve was great and we felt they were accessible if we needed anything.

This was a fantastic home for a Clemson game weekend! The outdoor porch and fire pit areas were so accommodating for adults and kids, alike. Bedrooms were spacious and the home is quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked and allowed for easy meal prep for everyone. Ample parking for all the vehicles and tailgate preparation. Allowed travel options to get to Clemson campus/stadium. Certainly hope to stay here again.

This is by far the cleanest, prettiest rental we’ve ever had! The location is perfect as it only took 10 minutes to get to campus (we attended graduation) and surrounding towns! The beds were perfect and comfy and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home with all of the bells and whistles!! My family loves to fish and caught some pretty big bass on the lake. When we weren’t fishing we were just out by the dock floating around! Absolutely beautiful!

We stayed here while our daughter went to tennis camp at Clemson. We enjoyed the clean home, and screened in porch. The dock was amazing for swimming and had a floating carpet. The home isn’t in a neighborhood so just know that going into the booking. If you want a lake house, with privacy, 10 mins to Clemson though we couldn’t recommend the home any more.

Our family of 5 stayed at this cute lake house and really enjoyed it. The location of the house was very private and wooded. My three teenagers really enjoyed swimming and jumping off the dock. The addition of the paddle boards, kayak and swim platform included with the rental was so nice. Especially since we could not get availability to a boat rental on one of the days. My kids had just as much fun swimming and fishing off the dock. The house is updated and we appreciated all the touches included like beach towels, kleenex, shampoo/body soap. There was even laundry detergent and items like plastic storage bags, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Having these things in the home made it very convenient. Its a short boat ride or drive to Clemson and the town of Seneca is also very cute and has several restaurants and breweries. Overall it was a much needed family vacation and we would not hesitate to rent here again.
