Lake Hartwell Home w/ Private Dock & Hot Tub!

This house was a perfect spot for our family to spend a long weekend before thanksgiving. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us to spread out while providing a perfect layout when we all wanted to be together. It was an easy drive to Clemson to tailgate and take in a game. All the arrangements were super easy and the hosts were wonderful. My wife is already talking about planning a return visit next year!!

House was very nice. Things were clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The lake view was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay! It was our family Christmas trip. We would rent again.Thank you for sharing your home.

This was a beautiful lake house on a wonderful area of Lake Hartwell. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and would love to come back again.

It was an amazing house with tons of space. Very clean! Loved the bottom floor w the games and the karaoke was the hit of the weekend! I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again!!

It is a beautiful property that is spacious and well laid out. Plenty of room and beds for everyone! The downstairs was the hit of the weekend with the Karaoke machine!

Beautiful house, well equiped kitchen. The layout of the house accommodated 15 family members ages 14 to 80. Nightly fires with s'mores, fishing off the dock, ping pong and karoke. Everyone had a great time.

The house was beautiful for our group of 9 people!Pros:There were enough bathrooms for everyone not to be on top of each other in the mornings.The Locations was amazing! The view of the lake from the house was breathtaking.There was a ton of space for everyone to spread out.The hot tub was perfect and used a good bit.The Kitchen was out of a magazine and was perfectly stocked with everything we could ever need and more! Cons:The Tvs were not very easy to use. The guides that were there need to be updated.The tv and game system in the loft did not work.There were a few puzzles that had more than a few missing pieces.The stairs from the loft and going to the basement were VERY narrow which made it easy to slip and fall. The refrigerator in the kitchen needs to be upgraded to a larger one if it is going to be for larger groups. It made it hard to fit everything inside. There were not enough towels for everyone to have without having to wash them every day.The string lights around the hot tub never worked.A lot of the light switches throughout the house need to be updated and labelled correctly as they were labelled wrong. We ended up turning on everything since we had a hard time figuring out what switch turned on what light.Fireplace in the basement did not work. Hot tub was WAY to close to the neighbors so it made enjoying it hard since we had to be so quiet.Quiet hours are not realistic for a weekend vacation rental. I could understand 10:30 pm or 11pm.

Our family group of 15 really enjoyed our stay at this home, It was very clean and had everything you would need to get you though your vacation, The kitchen is awesome and plenty roomy. The shower in the primary room is magical. The downstairs hang out space has more than you would ever want, including an ice maker. My only issue is the walk down to the lake. My elderly MIL chose this house based on the pictures of the walk, thinking that it would be easy to navigate for some one older, with balance challenges. The picture of this in the listing makes it look relatively flat and not steep, and that is not the case. It was doable for the rest of us, but my MIL was disappointed.

We had a great stay on lake Hartwell! There was plenty of room for our family of 18! The downstairs game area/ bar was perfect, and the fishing and swimming off the dock was a daily occurrence for our kids! Thank you for sharing your amazing home!
