Welcome to Happy Harbor Hideaway, a private waterfront retreat on Lake Granbury designed for relaxing, playing on the water, and spending time together.



Start your morning with coffee overlooking the lake, spend the afternoon swimming or exploring the water, and come back to the deck for sunset. Guests have access to a private covered dock with a boat lift, plus a canoe, inflatable kayak, lily pad, inflatable water trampoline, tubes, and life jackets.



Inside,the open living area brings the lake into view through large windows and offers a comfortable space to gather, relax, or watch TV. The fully equipped kitchen features generous counter seating, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, and everything needed for meals at home.



The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and accommodates up to 9 guests. The king and queen bedrooms both offer direct deck access. The third bedroom sleeps three with a twin bunk over two twin beds. Additional sleeping options are available in the living area with a twin daybed, couch, and queen air mattress.



Outside, enjoy the furnished lakefront deck, fire pit, private dock, swimming, and water activities. The boat lift is available for compatible guest-provided watercraft with prior approval.
