Lake Front Property On Quiet Cove only 3 min. off I-81 on Claytor Lake VA

Great lake view and one of the most unique properties we’ve stayed at. Fully stocked kitchen and all else exactly as described. Host was very communicative and everything went smoothly.

What a beautiful dream stay! Steve was so kind he called us when we didn't come in when expected, due to missing a connecting flight. But, this serial, calm, home and property on the lake brought us back into peace and an enjoyable trip. Definitely will come stay here again with the whole family!

This house was perfect for us! It’s located on a quiet cove and close to everything. The house has an amazing view and had everything we needed for our stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great communication from the property owners, too. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Used the dock for our pontoon. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets. Location was great. Off the main channel with limited boat traffic. Launched boat at State Park and brought it to the dock. Only took a few minutes. Wish there were some cleats on the dock for tie off but we managed. House was great everything we needed and very comfortable. We will be back.

This home is an absolute gem. Great fishing on the lake or off the dock. Tons of space and the owner has thought of absolutely everything! Kitchen is exceptionally well appointed. Very private and peaceful just minutes from town. Steve was very knowledgeable of the area and let us know about a local festival and fireworks display as well as some of the best locations on the lake for fishing. Hoping to make this a yearly thing for our family!

We stayed here for a weekend while attending an event at Radford University. If you heading to the area and looking at a few places side-by-side trying to decide, let me nudge you to this place. The interior, with its hanging plants and hand-constructed spiral staircase held up by a tree trunk is unique and beautiful. The view off the back porch of the lake is peaceful and lovely. Our stay was short, so we didn't have much of a chance to fully enjoy the surroundings, but it is a perfect place for a family get-together in the woods by the lake, something we might actually go back and do. Steve, the property owner, was helpful from beginning to end.

We were there for Virginia Tech graduation. We didn’t spend much time in the house but I bet it’s great for a weekend on the lake enjoying water activities.

Nice cabin, comfy bed. Not too far from Blacksburg.

Classic lake house. Family place for tons of fun. Virginia countryside awesome. Local Draper Mercantile a treasure spot and proximity to Va Tech perfect!!!
