Lake Barkley Waterfront Panoramic Views, Sleeps 13, 3 Decks & Fire Pit

We had three families in the house and there was plenty of room. We loved the porches, especially. The little cove to the side of the house made a nice confined place for kids to play in the water, with life jackets. All in all, a great stay.

Had a wonderdul stay at this property ! The views of the lake are unbeatable, house was clean, large, plenty of functional and comfortable space all over. Large kitchen to cook and gather with lots of supplies.

My family enjoyed staying at KC’s Sunset Chalet! The views of the lake were lovely, and seeing the sunset was so nice.. The home was well equipt and we were able to make our Thanksgiving meal with the well stocked kitchenware. The Basement area was perfect for the kids, and they really enjoyed the game console. Thanks for having us!

The hosts were amazing and provided clear information for the stay. We had an amazing time in this beautiful home on the lake. We will most definitely stay again! The house was huge, had a wonderful home feel and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The rooms were huge and there were many to choose from as were the restrooms. The beds were very comfy. Highly recommended this home in Cadiz!

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed the home, the neighborhood, and the view. Plenty of room for all of us. Only recommendation would be a handrail on the staircase to second floor. We all were relatively elderly and those stairs were a little scary.

We had the best weekend! I think we spent most of our time in the sunroom and at the firepit. The weather was perfect and the house was clean, plenty of towels and supplies.

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. A great experience.

The house, property, and location were beautiful! More than enough space for us and well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the water was stunning from the all the decks on the back of the house. Even when it was really hot outside we could still relax and enjoy the view from the air conditioned sunroom. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to all of our communications. We highly recommend this house and hosts!

This house was a fantastic spot for our family reunion. We had 10 people ranging in age from 7 to 75. The bedrooms were comfortable. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking for a group. We enjoyed the arcade console and all the spots to sit and read or play games. One thing to know about the semi-private sleeping area on the lower floor: You have to walk through the area with the bunk beds and Murphy bed to get to the private bedroom with a queen bed. Just mentioning it in case you have light sleepers.

The house is beautiful with wonderful lake views. Relaxing and peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked and the inside of the house was very clean. The front porch and patios needed to be cleaned. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Wifi access was good. It was very quiet and so dark at night, we could see the Milky Way. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The house was perfect for our annual friends reunion! Enjoyed the decks watching for eagles and barges passing by. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for meals prepared at the house. Sunsets by the fire pit was amazing! Already planning return trip next year!

Beautiful home and view. The water access is pretty steep and rocky which was hard for our group having young children but once you get off the shoreline a bit the water was great.

This was my family’s 2nd annual lake trip weekend, and this chalet had what we needed. Great views of the lake. Spacious bedrooms with room to spare. A few different living spaces to spread out. Slept 13 of us comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We had one incident with a toilet overflowing, but the host answered immediately & sent a plumber right over. No problems the rest of the week. The host checked back in later just to ensure everything was still ok, which I really appreciated. There’s even a neighbor on the street that has a produce stand with yummy tomatoes that we enjoyed. A couple of things to keep in mind though. Going in mid June is during peak mayfly for the whole area. They swarm everywhere & there are piles of dead flies around the whole city. They don’t bite, but it’s fairlyUnpleasant. We didn’t try out the swimming area. Just walked down to dip feet in, but it was rocky & fairly steep.

We had a group of 10 and it was perfect! Lots of room to spread out and plenty of room for game nights around the kitchen island. Beautiful views-fully stocked kitchen-loved the arcade game-tons of space! Would definitely go back! Thanks for sharing your home.

We had a great stay at this property! It was perfect for 2 couples and our 5 children Memorial Day weekend. The house is large and open with a wonderful basement for the kids to play. The view was stunning out of the four seasons room. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very grateful for the large gravel driveway that easily fit on our 25 foot boat and trailer. We also appreciated the option of the dock to load/unload the boat. We made use of the campfire down by the lake. The hostess was very good with communication the entire stay. We will definitely stay here again!

My brothers, sisters and spouses had a wonderful time!! Owners were so kind and helpful! Home was very clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook! We had 8 guests and spent most of the time on a spacious really pretty sunroom watching a beautiful view of the lake, playing games, telling stories and creating some terrific memories! We would recommend the home for both adults and children. There were so many other spaces we didn’t use but certainly available for larger families, children and younger adults like the deck and fire pit near the water and theater seating for movies! ! Thank You! We would definitely rent again!

We celebrate our Mom's 80th birthday. Fantastic main floor layout with open upper & decks plus roomy climate-controlled sunroom. Great modern kitchen.

Talk about beautiful sunsets over the water!!!This was a fantastic spot for my family of 4 kids and 2 adults. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us over the three levels. We cooked in every day and had everything needed. The fire pit area and decks were a perfect spot to decompress, have a drink, and make memories. Even with the recent storms, we were able to spend some time fishing and connected with numerous catfish, striped bass, and bluegill!We would definitely recommend this house for small and large families alike that are looking for a nice spacious home overlooking the lake where you can enjoy the outdoors!!

We enjoyed the view of the house while having a family gathering. The house was just as described and clean. It was easy to communicate with the owners as well.

The view of the river and evening sunsets are stunning. The house is large, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out. The pictures don't do the house justice! The house is one of the most well stocked we've ever stayed at, with anything you could need in the kitchen. The hosts are so friendly, quick to respond, and check on you during your stay. We hope to return soon!

Everything was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked, firewood ready to go, jacuzzi tub a delight, tons of games and beautiful views. We had the best time with our family. We highly recommend staying. We even caught a couple of fish :).

We loved being on the water, seeing the sunsets and watching barges go by. Lots of room and comfortable beds. We were hiking 3 days at Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and this location worked out great for us. Owners were very responsive we had everything we needed.
