Laguna Vista Tree House, Cloud Lane

This house only got four stars because it is located in and around a junkyard. I wouldn't let that scare me away from renting again, though. The house is nice and clean and sleeps a large group perfectly and the number of bathrooms is great for a lot of people. Although we didn't get to use the pool, it was just as the pictures depicted and looked clean as well. The proximity to the water is super close, too. It also is a close drive to everything in NB, which was a big selling point for us as well. If you're planning to cook meals, the kitchen may not be as conducive to cooking for a large group and there is only enough space for everybody to sit if you're sitting outside.

This property is awesome. The salt water pool in the middle is shared between the different houses on the property, but there is still plenty of room for everyone. It’s in a great location to just about anything whether that be hanging out by the water or heading into downtown New Braunfels for a night on the town. I’d recommend this place for just about anyone. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Overaĺl was a good place to stay. Had issues with the sink and dishwasher. Water started backing up from the sink into the dishwasher onto the floor. Faucet wouldn't rotate. Dishwasher wasn't screwed in place would fall out if you open the door. Stove and oven was wobbly as well. We called Tom about the water backup and disposal and he had someone come out right away. But couldn't be fixed right then. It just got worse then night before we left. And there was food and trash in between where the couch connects. The river is low and under construction hard to get down to it. But the pool was great and met some great people.

Nurse manager planning a fun weekend for her staff. We enjoyed the pool. The house was clean. Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy but there is a tin roof therefore expected. Great location. Had a great time.

House configuration was exactly what we needed and served the purpose of our family vacation with adequate sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The ad was a bit misleading as far as condition of the property and did not reveal that the complex is surrounded by an eclectic collection of junk. The home was not thoroughly cleaned and the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not working and had a very unpleasant odor. My husband fixed them both and remedied the odor. The ceiling fan in the back bedroom was dangling by wires and my son fixed that, but it was too off balance to use. The worst part were the noisy neighbors who stayed up late each night with loud music and overran the pool area with many guests of thier own for a grown womans birthday party. We didn't spend as much time at the property as we planned to, due to the large rambunctious group but we did enjoy New Braunfels city park and aquatic center, so it was not a total loss. I realize the property is not responsible for the inconsiderate actions of its guests, but for the price I would have expected rules to be enforced more stringently.

What an amazing and fun property to spend time at. My family of 14 had plenty of room to spread out and relax!!

Enjoyed the property and pool. Very close to a lot of amenities. Family really enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed our Christmas Vacation 2021. Everything was as mentioned. No problems from arrival to departure. Highly recommend this property

Property had leaks which caused puddles in kitchen and bedroom with bunk beds. Pool looked nice but did not use due to weather. House shakes. Toiletries were not high quality. Did not use kitchen so I don't know if everything worked. TV was very old and small. It served our purpose but did not spend a lot of time in property during the day for full review.
