Welcome to Lago Reposado, a refined lakefront retreat on Smith Mountain Lake intentionally curated for gathering, unwinding and life on the water. Accommodating up to 16 guests across four bedrooms and a flex room, the home pairs refined interiors and premium finishes with the amenities that make a lake trip memorable. Spend your days on the water, gather for dinner overlooking the lake, challenge the group to pool or shuffleboard, then end the evening in the hot tub or around the fire table on the warmly lit dock.

Inside, soaring wood ceilings and walls of windows frame the lake. A chef's kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances anchors the main level, while multiple gathering spaces—including a screened porch, game and TV room, and expansive outdoor areas—give everyone room to come together or spread out.

At the waterfront, two paddleboards, two kayaks, a large floating mat, life jackets and lake towels are ready for your stay. At normal water levels, two natural beach areas flank the dock. After sunset, the covered dock becomes one of our favorite places on the property: settle in around the propane fire table beneath warm perimeter lighting and, on a clear night, enjoy remarkable views of the stars.

Lago Reposado was created to offer something a little different from the typical vacation rental: a beautiful lake home where the details have been considered, the amenities are genuinely useful, and quality is felt throughout the stay.


GATHER:
The heart of Lago Reposado is the great room, with soaring wood ceilings, comfortable seating and a dramatic wall of windows overlooking the lake. Sonos audio lets you set the soundtrack while relaxing inside or enjoying the adjoining screened porch.

Multiple living spaces make the home particularly well suited for families and groups traveling together. Everyone can gather around the same table when they want to, while the game room, screened porch, waterfront and lower level provide plenty of room to spread out.


COOK + DINE:
The main kitchen is designed to comfortably handle a house full of guests without compromising on quality.

You'll find a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf gas range with pot filler, Wolf double ovens, Wolf microwave and warming drawer, two dishwashers and a trash compactor.

The adjacent bar includes a wine refrigerator, dedicated ice maker and additional beverage refrigerator. Downstairs, another full-size refrigerator provides extra space for drinks, groceries and lake-day provisions.

Two Keurig coffee makers—one upstairs and one downstairs—make mornings easier for a large group.

Outside, a Weber gas grill is available on the back deck, with propane patio heaters provided seasonally during colder weather.


PLAY:
The lower-level game and TV room gives the group another place to gather, with:

Smart TVs throughout the home allow guests to sign into their own streaming services.


SLEEP:
Four bedrooms plus a flex room provide beds for up to 16 guests—no sleeper sofas or air mattresses required.

The layout works particularly well for multi-family and multigenerational stays, with comfortable accommodations for adults and a custom bunk space that younger guests can make their own.

A Pack 'n Play and high chair are also provided for families traveling with little ones.

Walk across the lawn and the lake becomes your backyard.

Guests have access to the boathouse and dock along with:

At normal lake levels, two natural beach areas appear on either side of the dock, offering another way to enjoy the shoreline.

The dock isn't just for daytime. A covered seating area, propane fire table and warm perimeter lighting make it one of the property's best gathering spaces after sunset. On clear nights, it's also an exceptional spot for stargazing over the lake.

The owners' boat and boat lift are not available for guest use, however when lake levels are normal, you are welcome to tie off your own boat to the floating portion of the dock.

RELAX OUTSIDE:
Beyond the waterfront, Lago Reposado offers several places to enjoy the outdoors.

Start the morning with coffee on the screened porch, grill dinner on the back deck, or settle into the lakeview hot tub after a day on the water.

The screened porch is equipped with Sonos audio, and seasonal propane heaters are provided on the back deck during colder months.


STAY CONNECTED:
Lago Reposado is equipped with high-speed fiber internet for streaming, video calls and remote work.

A dedicated desk area adjacent to the kitchen provides a convenient workspace when you need it—without separating you completely from the rest of the group.


LAUNDRY:
A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer is available for guest use. Separate lake towels are provided in addition to bathroom linens, making it easy to keep wet lake gear out of the bathrooms.


LOCATION:
Lago Reposado is tucked into a quiet residential lakefront neighborhood that's wonderful for a morning walk or run, while still being just minutes from several Smith Mountain Lake destinations.

Parkway Marina — approximately 2 minutes
Convenient for boat rentals and launching.

Smith Mountain Lake State Park — approximately 5 minutes
Explore trails, swimming areas and more of the lake beyond your own shoreline.

Mariners Landing — approximately 7 minutes
Golf, dining, boat rentals and other activities nearby.

Lago Reposado was designed around the idea that a great lake house should make it easy to spend time together—and equally easy to slow down. Whether your days are spent on the water, around the table, competing in the game room or lingering on the dock after dark, we hope the details we've put into the home make your time here feel effortless.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have private access to the home's designated guest living and sleeping spaces, kitchen and bar areas, laundry room, screened porch, decks, hot tub, yard, waterfront, boathouse and dock, as well as the provided kayaks, paddleboards and lake equipment.

The garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. Certain locked owner and storage spaces are also excluded from guest access.

The owners' boat and boat lift are not included with the rental and are not available for guest use, however when lake levels are normal, you are welcome to tie off your own boat to the floating portion of the dock.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Lake levels: Smith Mountain Lake water levels naturally fluctuate. The two beach areas are generally present at normal water levels, but their size and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Water activities: Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and other lake activities are at guests' own risk. Life jackets are provided, and we strongly encourage their use, particularly for children and less-experienced swimmers.

Children: A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for guest use. As with any waterfront property, children should be closely supervised around the lake, dock, hot tub and outdoor areas.

Streaming: Smart TVs are provided throughout the home. Guests use their own streaming-service accounts and should sign out before departure.

Seasonal patio heaters: Propane heaters are placed on the back deck during the colder-weather season and may not be available during warmer months.

Quiet neighborhood: Lago Reposado is located in a peaceful residential community. We ask guests to enjoy the property respectfully and be especially mindful of outdoor noise in the evening.

Owner areas: The garage, owners' boat, boat lift and designated locked storage areas are not included in guest access.
