Stayed Jan 15, 2026Lovely stay in La Sevla Beach. Could not have asked for better weather! Space was as described in the listing. Perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. Lots of steps, keep that in mind if you have anyone who might find this challenging. Great location and almost private beach!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice condo with comfortable beds, two nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. With ocean views and direct access to the beach it is the perfect place to stay in the Santa Cruz area. We are looking forward to returning!

So convenient to everything - Watsonville to Santa Cruz and beyond. And the management & owner so informative, kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024A beautiful place to get away and unwind at the beach. I have stayed in a house like this before when my friend owned one and it brought back such incredible memories. If you love to stroll on the beach with hardly anyone around this is your place to get away and unwind. The house was clean had all the appropriate amenities and was perfect. Can’t wait to book again.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024The location can't be beat. Very roomy inside and nice to have two living areas. It wasn't as clean as we expected for the housekeeping fee and the enormous deposit we had to put down. I probably wouldn't rent again because of the deposit which was kept over a month which means you actually have to pay that amount out to your credit card.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024We had a great time! Disappointed that there is no hot tub. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom on second floor needs work. Mold problem. The BBQ, chairs, etc were in great shape. We all really enjoyed our time in such a beautiful place. We will stay here again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We have a family reunion every year centered around our own condo in same complex as this one. So we're prejudiced! This is a wonderful way beach vacation. Walk down the stairs and on you're on a gorgeous uncrowded beach with great boogie boarding waves. Fall asleep watching and listening to the waves. Enjoy meals and relaxation while watching the sun go down over the ocean. What more could you want?

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Lovely property which seemed like we had our own private beach. There is no grocery shopping or restaurants close and we thought the rental had a hot tub but really enjoyed our stay, Beach towels, beach chair and beach toys were available. I could watch the kids on the beach from the porch. I would rent the property again.
