La Selva Beach House with Ocean Views! 2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus private den

Amazing house in an excellent location. It made our weekend perfect!

We had a great stay at your place. Everything was awesome. We have no complaints of anything. We love the beach view and the beautiful sunsets that we saw each night we were there.

The view is spectacular and the house was clean and exactly as described.

This is a comfortable beach home, we are back for a repeat visit Our dog was welcome, the beach is a short walk and the view from the front porch is outstanding

The property is dated but knew ahead, after the remodel this place will be great!! The location is ideal and La Selva Beach is a great place to visit. We messaged the owner asking about a door and unfortunately didn’t hear back during our stay. But would recommend this property

Great quiet get-away within walking distance to the beach. It is a large comfortable home. Clearly, this was once a family home that is now set up for relaxing and hanging out with your own family. The house has great bones and is nicely furnished and laid out for easy living. The longer you are there, the better this rental gets! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at the house and there are plenty of grocery stores a short 10 minute drive away. The ocean views from the living room and decks are a highlight. We’d return in a heartbeat! Thank you to our host!

Incredible location The house will soon be renovated so it's a little run down, but very clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay. We'll go back!

La Selva is a beautiful welcoming community. This house is in a prime location with beach views and easy access along with a park to walk the dogs or just take in the ocean a few yards away. The house is cozy, vintage and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Stayed with adult children and small pet for a long weekend. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The house was very comfortable with spectacular views. Communication with host was excellent. We would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at a cozy house with great ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and upper bedroom, as well as a lovely front porch! Open space across the street with a walking path to get a closer ocean view with benches to take it in! Family of adults really enjoyed our stay!

We found this property to be a mixed bag of pros and cons. The property does look out right across the street to the Bluff and ocean. The bluff is a great place for the kids to play although it does get a lot of foot traffic from people that want to come look at the ocean and or the beautiful sunsets.. There are a lot of cars that also pull up along the curb of the park/Bluff that looked a little “shady”, ie: teenagers pulled up and got out of their car to smoke some weed. You could smell it. No big deal to us, but to others it might be problematic. The house is old and somewhat very quaint. It is decorated with a beach vibe that we loved. The bedrooms were very comfortable as was the living area. The kitchen has a really cool stove and well stocked with everything you could need to do your own cooking. I will say that I wish their Housekeepers Did a better job of making sure the cookware was clean as we had to rewash many items because they were put away very greasy. The bathrooms were the worst as far as being super old-the showers super small and the water pressure very low. We really enjoyed our time there in spite of these issues. The house is comfortable enough. The beach is an easy walk down a path to Manresa Beach parking lot. This property shows the love of family that have owned it for many years. Imo, it is desperately in need of bathroom and window upgrades. I also think that someone should be checking on the cleaning crew to be sure they’re doing a good job.

We had such a great experience at this adorable La Selva Beach house. The rooms were all clean and nicely appointed as well as those two HUGE bathrooms! Felt like we were in Italy with all that tile! This place was large enough that our group of 7 adults and a feverish baby could all enjoy our time together. Speaking of the bathrooms, a few light bulbs would brighten up the shower area as there are a few burnt out bulbs. Our son's dog was super thrilled to have a spot of her own as well as THE BEACH! The beach was terrific! We had two days of sunshine and a few days of wind and clouds but was still able to make our time spent together meaningful. Thank you for letting us have great memories at your blue stove home!

We really enjoyed this house, it was minutes from miles long beach. Beds were comfortable, yard was secured and we loved they accepted our dog. Easy to get in and out, had lots of pots and pans to cook and dishes to serve. The oven was super cool looking. Heat was working great as it was cold at night there. Lots of towels and supplies. Very comfortable house and nicely done.
