The water at La Perla comes from the Town of Kingsville system and completely safe for cooking, coffee, tea, and drinking throughout your stay.
We provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar, basic spices, cooking oils, vinegar and basic condiments. Other items can be provided upon request.

SLEEPING
This property has two gorgeous bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. Off the master bedroom with gas fireplace there is an attached balcony offering amazing views of the water which is perfect while sipping your morning coffee!

All linens and towels are supplied for your use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and flat iron are also provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Settle in and relax in our wicker conversation furniture while sitting around our gas fire table. The outdoor space includes a lighted patio with a BBQ and a patio dining set.
Enjoy complimentary use of two kayaks during your stay, perfect for exploring the water, taking in peaceful morning paddles, or watching the sunrise/sunset from the lake. Life jackets and paddles are provided for your convenience. Please use at your own risk, follow all local water safety guidelines and return kayaks/paddles/life jackets to the yard after using them. Summer months only.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Need something laundered, no worries! A washer and dryer are located on the premises for our guests to use during their stay.

The property has air conditioning to keep you cool in the warmer months and warm in the winter. The living room and main bedroom have gas fireplaces if you want to sit back, get cozy and read a book.

There is a smart TV in the living room and TV’s in both bedrooms. We offer the fastest internet technology with fibre optic WiFi connection. Bring your connectable devices/login information if you want to watch a movie/show.

This property is perfect for guests who are able to work remotely. There is a bright area in the retreat with a desk where you can hideaway while working and not be disturbed.

The home is equipped with all of the essentials needed to enjoy your stay, including bedding, towels and toiletries, basic spices/oils/vinegar and additional items can be provided where necessary.
