Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate enough to stay here for Thanksgiving week. And listen to my family of four, my sister's family, my mom, and several cousins also attended. There was plenty of space for everyone in addition to toys and games for the kids, but the highlight was definitely the beautiful beach in our backyard. 10:10 recommend and will definitely like to come again

Elevator was a bit tempermental but was useful in bringing in luggage and groceries. The place had plenty of space for the 8 adults and two children and was very kid friendly. The gate on the stairs was a nice touch and a lot of toys. Great views and location is easy to get to the bridge over to Food Lion. Also hit up Ricks one night, Trailer Bar several nights, and ordered Topsail Steamers. I'd get this place again in the future.

We had a great stay! Check-in and check out were easy. The house is in great location and the beach is really nice. The beds were all comfortable and the house is well stocked with everything we needed. There were some minor cleaning issues when we arrived. We did also have an issue with the hot tub halfway through our stay but the property manager sent someone out very quickly and it was fixed on the same day. We would definitely stay here again!

The elevator was great for my elderly parents. We especially appreciated the little extras such as the baby gate at the stairs since we had a new walking toddler with us. The only improvement we can think of is to include a 2nd pack of kitchen towels as the only set provided stayed wet after a few days.

La Mer Topsail 118 had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and we had the best time. We loved the hot tub in the evenings, the deck in the mornings for coffee, and the convenience of just walking out the back door to go for a beach walk was perfect. We walked over to Splash By The Sea a couple times for lunch and dinner, and it was delicious. The sunrises off the back deck were breathtaking, and hunting for shark’s teeth near the pier was our favorite way to spend the day. There is a common wall, and the wooden decks of the neighboring units were sometimes a bit noisy. We could hear music from next door, and at times it got a little noisy, but never enough to ruin the peaceful vibe. We hope to stay here again soon!!!

Great location! The kitchen was well equipped—had everything we needed. Good thing we brought our own grill not sure the one provided was operational. Our group of 11 all enjoyed our stay. Will book again

It was right on the beach, so the views were beautiful and easy access to the beach. The house was so clean and had so many games and toys for kids. It also had very helpful baby items like a pack n play and highchair. There were tons of items for the beach, so it was a very easy place to settle into. The owner was also very communicative and took care of any concerns we had very quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, perfect weather, very clean. Right on the beach! Worked wonderfully for our wide range of family members including a six year old, an 87 yo, and adults aged 18-49
