This place exceeded our expectations. Andrew met us upon arrival to show us around, which we appreciated. Beautiful views, perfect location and direct access to semi private beach. This place was a little piece of heaven.

The Beachfront Home is just what we expected. Great access to an amazing beach. Plenty of space for our crew and the kitchen had all the tools we needed.

Beautiful property and decor right on the ocean with chair and imbrella service each day. Would be great for a large family. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely book a future stay here.

This was a spacious property that exceeded my expectations based on the photos alone. Ryan, one of the owners, allowed us to check in early, met us for check in and gave us a personal tour of the property. All three floors of living space have balconies that provide stunning ocean views. Be aware that you are on the the crowded beach road in Destin/Mirmar. Very convenient, but somtimes noisy. Take your bedroom sound machines and be patient getting to and from places. Despite that, I would wholeheartedly recommend La Mer. Wayne

La Mer was simply spectacular! The kitchen had everything we needed and our whole family slept comfortably. The view was breathtaking every time we laid eyes on it. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was so nice. Ryan was so attentive, we will be back!

Just amazing ! Perfection! Breathtaking views of the ocean, the house is beautiful and comfortable. So much to do nearby, local coffee shops and pizza places, shopping, seafood!The daily beach set up with chairs and umbrellas was so nice! Loved it all!

This property was perfect for our family vacation.

Very pleased with the beach house. It was everything we were looking for. We had 7 adults and 2 grandkids, ages 3 years old and 11-month-old. We wanted house on the beach to make it convenient for us and for the grandkids to go to the beach.

We had a wonderful experience at Le Mar. The home was beautifully furnished. We were a big group and enjoyed being able to cook in the furnished kitchen. The home was also large enough to fit all 13 of us very comfortably.

We had an incredible stay at La Mer with 12 family members. With every bedroom having a private bathroom was perfect! The bonus 4th floor room was a great hangout and sleeping space for our teenager! The views were beautiful and lots of amenities provided such as beach towels, bikes, chairs and umbrella.

I’ll start with the positive. The home was in a good location. The interior was nicely decorated and well appointed. Upon arrival we notified management that the oven didn’t work. Manager came back and was able to manually light the gas oven, but there was a very strong smell of gas. He provided us with a toaster oven that could not accommodate even the smallest casserole dish. Manager said he could come and light the oven whenever we needed but we repeatedly told him that lighting wasn’t the issue, it was the obvious gas leak. We stayed for 8 days and never had use of the oven.The beach is definitely NOT private. There are entrances to the beach on both sides of the house for the complexes across the street. We had people set up their tent OVER our provided umbrellas. Other people set up their own chairs and umbrellas between ours and the water. Completely blocking our view of the gulf.The “pool” is approximately 6’ X 12’, 36” deep and completely shaded. We were warned not to set the A/C below 72 degrees and we never did, but the unit would shut itself off for whatever reason, one time giving a message that the air conditioner would be available after 6pm. Went to bed with A/C set at 72 and woke up during the night to 78 degrees.There is no children’s play area, as advertised. Parking area lights stopped working after a couple of days. Washer was full of mold. (see photos) Beach and area around home had a lot of garbage. (see photo)

The home was very clean and cozy with an amazing view. Besides being with family it had everything that you would need from cookware to board games. My family had an amazing time.Thanks Andrew and Ryan

The kitchen was fully furnished with everything needed and many extras including very nice tableware. All the bedrooms/bathrooms were stocked with clean new looking linen. The property was clean and looked new and very well-maintained. The owner/manager met us at the condo (a first for me) and we did a complete walk through which was very helpful. He provided excellent service and was very easy to communicate with when I had questions. I would recommend the property. We created priceless memories and enjoyed our stay!

Loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom and spacious living areas.

We found this property online and we booked it through VRBO. The managers of the home were very nice and everything was wonderful from our check in process to how easy they made the whole stay. The property itself is beautiful and super comfortable. We were lucky to enjoy beautiful weather but it didn't prevent us from sitting in front of the fireplace for our daily coffee and afternoon tea. Thank you for a no surprises week of vacation. Kevin

Perfect layout for multi-families and 2 laundries were a bonus. It was also great to have the 2 shared spaces and a dining table big enough to have meals together. Great location, easy to find, and direct beach front can't be beat. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Loved watching the kids on the beach and sunsets from any of the balconies, or from the many large windows. Vacation Amore staff gave great customer service. Easy access to shopping, parks, restaurants and attractions. We had a few days the kids enjoyed the heated pool, but cooler temps prevented daily use. Covered parking was a plus. Would highly recommend this property. Can't say enough good things, it was our Perfect Vacation spot! We are hoping to return again soon!

The house was gorgeous. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The beaches were super crowded both ways we looked but the complimentary beach setup was so nice. Always front and center and a “private” beach so we never felt crowded at all. It was perfect!

Walton, we found out we had no house; somehow, with a new system, it was double booked. Needless to say, it was a very upsetting ordeal. Andrew came to the rescue!! He not only sent me an additional refund, but also gave us a week this year at no charge! It was PERFECT! The house, the staff (Billy/Jamie were as good as they come), the view, the amenities-PERFECTION! This property equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family vacation! Andrew is a great communicator and made some great recommendations for the area. The elevator was not operational during our week unfortunately- it would have been helpful for moving luggage up to 3 levels. Otherwise our experience was outstanding!
