This family house is situated in a charming village that has the Village de Caractère label. Les Riceys is also the only village with Three AOC of Champagne (Champagne, Côteaux Champenois et Rosé des Riceys). In the village you will find all sorts of shops and services. Troyes is at only 40 minutes (factory outlets).

Traditional well equipped comfortable French house close to services including a bar. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It’s hilly terrain but gradients are gentle and roads almost traffic free, making it a perfect area for cycling. The delightful host has an excellent meet and greet service on arrival.

Comfortable well equipped Gite..cosy and well lit.....in lovely situation near river and park....lovely courtyard garden...perfect in every way......free champagne on arrival! In middle of attractive village...ten minute river path to the nearest supermarket...friendly hostess
